In hot summer, many people feel that eating a little greasy food will upset their stomachs. Eating a little is puffiness and edema, and the fat on your stomach can't be reduced!

Because of the environment, diet, living habits and other factors, everyone will be "wet" to varying degrees.

To judge the moisture in the body, look at the appearance first: people with obesity (obvious lower abdomen), eczema, facial oil, swollen eyes and white greasy tongue coating have heavier moisture.

Secondly, look for symptoms: fullness in the chest and abdomen, light mouth, loss of appetite, or nausea and vomiting, lethargy, heavy weight, edema of lower limbs, loose stool, turbid urine, drooling during sleep, heavy joint pain, increased leucorrhea, stickiness and so on.

According to the different invasion sites of dampness, the manifestations are also different:

Chest tightness, dizziness, heavy limbs, and discomfort with upper focus are just like carrying a lot of heavy objects on your body. In addition, when the body is wet, there will be symptoms such as fever, fear of cold, fear of wind and runny nose.

Abdominal distension, poor appetite and loss of appetite may occur in the middle energizer. There are also symptoms of qi deficiency and dampness, such as pale mouth, sticky mouth, thirst but no desire to drink water, fatigue and fatigue.

The lower energizer may have dysuria, turbid urine, loose stool, excessive leucorrhea of women, pruritus of pudendum, etc.

Chinese medicine believes that "a thousand cold is easy to go, but a wet one is difficult to get rid of", and moisture is the source of all diseases! Now is the most vulnerable season for moisture to invade the body, but it is also an excellent time to force moisture out of the body in a year!

1. Massage acupoints to remove dampness

Weizhong point:

The weizhong acupoint is located at the center of the posterior popliteal fossa of the leg, and the bladder meridian is taken.

The bladder meridian is the largest channel for detoxification and dehumidification of human body, and Weizhong point is the sewage outlet on this channel. If it is not smooth, moisture can not be discharged, which may lead to arthritis, low back pain and other diseases. So you can press this acupoint at ordinary times, poking or scraping at least 49 times at a time.

Curved ruler point:

Quchi point is located at the lateral end of the elbow transverse stripes, where the moist and turbid qi of the large intestine meridian gathers.

Modern medicine is often used to treat shoulder and elbow pain (or scapulohumeral periarthritis), hypertension, urticaria, influenza, tonsillitis and so on. You can beat the elbow socket continuously for about 5 minutes and feel sore.

2. Cupping to eliminate dampness

Cupping is one of the appropriate techniques commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of expelling wind, dispelling cold and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals, and is more suitable for bone and muscle pain caused by wind-cold-dampness arthralgia.

However, the requirements for operators are high, and the storage time should be determined according to the material and temperature of the tank to avoid blisters and burns.

3. Drink red bean and barley porridge

"Red bean+coix seed" is the most widely circulated therapeutic prescription for eliminating dampness. Coix seed can dispel dampness and benefit stomach, eliminate edema, strengthen spleen and benefit stomach, and can be taken for a long time. Red beans also have obvious diuretic, detumescence and spleen and stomach strengthening effects. Not only that, glutinous rice and red bean porridge also has a good weight loss effect, which can not only lose weight, but also does not hurt the body.

If cooking porridge is too troublesome, there are relatively simple ways, such as drinking the corresponding dampness-red bean barley tea.

4. Eat less cold food

Don't eat food that hurts the spleen and stomach in such a humid environment. People who like sweets also need to pay attention, because "sweet becomes wet".

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that cold food, ice products or cool fruits and vegetables will stagnate the digestion and absorption function of the stomach and should not be eaten in unlimited quantities. Such as lettuce salad, watermelon, Chinese cabbage, bitter gourd and so on. It is best to add onions and ginger in cooking to reduce the coldness of vegetables.

5. wormwood eliminates dampness

Wormwood is warm and dry, fragrant and smelly, and can dispel dampness.

At the same time, special attention should be paid to keeping the lower limbs warm after rain. People who catch cold below the waist can soak their feet with mugwort leaves, and the water should be soaked in the Sanyinjiao of the spleen meridian. Sanyinjiao is the intersection of the three yin meridians of liver, spleen and kidney, which has a good effect of dehumidification and cold dispelling. # Health #
