1. The embryo is assembled and pressed, the pressing temperature is 180 ~200 degrees, the press pressure is about 3.5Mpa, and the pressing time is 30 ~ 40s.
2. Curing: the pressed board is exposed for about 24 hours;
3. Cutting: cutting according to different size requirements;
4. Re-curing: completely stack the cut plates and leave them for 7 days to fully release the internal stress;
5. Slotting: Slotting horizontally and vertically with a four-sided planer;
6. Trimming: stick wood grain adhesive tape or paint the groove corner;
7. Packaging: the packaging after the specification and quality inspection of the wooden floor is completed.
