First, the recruitment target and conditions

Second, the recruitment process

Adhere to the principle of "open registration, unified examination, equal competition and merit-based recruitment". The whole process is divided into seven stages: registration and qualification examination, written examination, qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection and publicity, and employment.

(1) Registration and qualification examination

2. Each person is limited to one post. (3) Qualification examination

1. According to the order of written test scores from high to low and the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position, the candidates for qualification review are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. The list of qualified personnel will be published on Donghai County Human Resources and Social Security website. Those who fail the second interview will be disqualified from the interview, and those who pass the written test will be replenished in turn according to the written test results.

2. Qualification review materials: written test admission ticket, ID card, graduation certificate, record form of education certificate of the Ministry of Education, original and photocopy of household registration book or household registration certificate issued by the place where the household registration is located, unplanned birth certificate provided by the married person, and other qualification certificates or certification materials required by the work unit.

(4) Interview

1. The interview was organized by Donghai County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, with a full score of 100. Candidates will be informed of the interview results in writing on the spot. (5) Physical examination

After the examination, among the qualified interviewers, the medical examiners will be determined according to the ratio of the total score to the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1 from high score to low score. The physical examination is organized by Donghai County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in a unified way, with reference to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).

Calculation method of total score: total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

(6) investigation and publicity

Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the recruiting unit in conjunction with the competent department with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Examination and Employment of National Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province, and the list of persons to be employed shall be determined according to the results of the inspection and physical examination. Vacancies in physical examination, inspection and publicity shall be filled in turn according to the total score of qualified candidates in the post.

(7) Employment

For those who have no objection to the publicity, A 15-A 17 posts are selected openly and independently within the scope of recruitment positions according to their total scores. Other positions are directly filed by the county public recruitment comprehensive management department, and then the employer handles the relevant employment procedures for them.
