The True Color of Men tells the story of a group of Tian Shengyang being carjacked, and Nicholas Tse's police officer Jin Chen's fiancee died unfortunately. Since then, Jin Chen has vowed to hunt down Tian Shengyang to avenge himself, but Tian Shengyang and 1 billion dollars have disappeared. Six months later, trainee inspector Fang Yiwei (Shawn Yue) was attacked while leading a police officer to stop and inspect the vehicle, and all the team members were seriously injured. The original Tian Shengyang gang appeared again. Senior Superintendent Zhang () and Luo Peiquan () planned a serial operation together, vowing to catch a group of gangsters.
