People entering (returning to) Fuzhou in low-risk areas, that is, counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located: those who enter (return to) banyan trees with negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours, complete two nucleic acid tests (with an interval of more than 24 hours) within 3 days after entering Fuzhou, and do a good job in health monitoring. Those with negative test results can be released.
2. Personnel entering (returning to) Fuzhou in high-risk areas: 7 days of home isolation medical observation, during which they are assigned code management and are not allowed to go out. On 1, 3, 5, and 7 days, medical observation at home was terminated only if the test result was negative.
