The common name of joinery board, also called plywood in some places, is made up of two veneers glued and spliced. The large core board is made by processing wooden boards into strips with certain specifications, splicing them with a splicing machine, and then pressing them with a cold and hot press.
Advantages: the core plate has the characteristics of good nail holding force, high strength, firmness, sound absorption and heat insulation. The moisture content of the blockboard is not high, ranging from10% to13%, and the processing is simple.
Doubled timber
Multi-layer board is made up of three or more layers of single boards and thin boards bonded by high temperature and high pressure. Its main substrate is criss-crossing multi-layer plywood, supplemented by polymer environmental protection glue, and its surface is made of high-quality solid wood veneer, which is made by cold pressing, hot pressing, sanding and curing.
Advantages: In the pressing process, the multilayer board has stable structure, is not easy to deform, has high strength, good internal quality, good flatness and strong stability, and reduces the use of adhesives. In the production process, polymer glue is used. After high temperature and high pressure, PVC is sealed around, the formaldehyde content is reduced, and the formaldehyde emission of the board reaches the environmental protection standard, which is green and environmentally friendly.
In fact, different plates have their own advantages, mainly depending on the control of decoration demand and decoration budget.
