Taoism regards the whole universe as an endless big life, understands the world by the "biochemical principle" of Tao, and thinks that the universe is "generated" by Tao and is constantly "changing". Life has the meaning of generation, growth, life, existence and creation. "Transformation" includes "change", "transformation", "transformation" and "transformation", both of which are centered on the naturalness of Tao, indicating that the whole nature, including human society, is spontaneous and constantly developing. Taoism produces innate qi, then turns it into yin and yang, and produces three elements: information, energy and matter, thus creating a pluralistic world of all things. These are the functions of biochemical principles. The innate qi is the ubiquitous primitive natural force in the universe, the driving force for the biochemical development of all things, the source of life, and the "creativity" that Goethe once guessed on June 7, 1827, 10. It comes from Tao, which is the ubiquitous and ever-present feature of Tao. Therefore, Taoism is a theory of "the unity of life and Taoism", which puts the concern for all beings in the world in the first place and thinks that "life" itself is the embodiment of Taoism. Taoism is a religion of "unity of life and Taoism", which holds that health preservation is cultivation. Therefore, Taoism brings together almost all traditional Chinese medicines and prescriptions for preventing and treating diseases, preserving health and prolonging life. In fact, Chinese traditional medicine evolved from Fang's witch history medicine and alchemy medicine. Ge Hong's "Bao Puzi" said: "Heaven and earth are great virtues, that is, life, life and goodness. What matters is the secret of Taoism, which is nothing more than immortality. " (Diligence) Laozi's Tao Te Ching says that "those who are good at repairing their lives will not avoid killing tigers in the ground" and "deep roots will help them live longer." There are chapters in "Zhuangzi", such as Master of Health, Fate, Tonality, etc., and techniques such as forgetting to sit still and fasting are also spread. "Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals" says that "saints are deeply concerned about the world and are more important than life", and that "life is the top, life is the bottom, death is the top, and life is the bottom." "("Your Life ") A Taoist does not harm the body with material desires, nor does he change his mind with the world. It can be seen that a Taoist scholar always puts his life in an important position.
Taoism has unique Taoist medicine and Taoist pharmacy, in addition to promoting qi circulation, guiding, looking at houses, eating, sleeping, internal vision, health preservation, martial arts, massage, acupuncture, dietotherapy, beauty and so on. Recently, the General History of China Culture edited by General Xiao Ke included the book Records of Taoism co-authored by Hu, Chen, Liu Zhongyu, in which the medical health preserving theory of Taoism is very detailed, so I won't repeat it here. In addition, it must be pointed out that Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal medicine should belong to the category of Taoism, not only because they originated from Taoist culture; Not only can there be a long list of Taoist names in medical history, such as Zhang Zhongjing, Hua Tuo, Bian Que, Ge Hong, Tao Hongjing, Sun Simiao and so on. It is also because the basic theoretical system of Chinese medicine is surgical mathematics, because Chinese medicine itself is Taoism. As for China's health preserving theory, it goes without saying.
