Five ways to eat geese
There are five ways to eat geese: red roast goose, stewed goose with potatoes, three cups of goose pot, stewed goose at home and beer goose in casserole.

Take home-cooked goose stew as an example, it is simple and healthy to relieve cough.

Material: 2600g goose.

Seasoning: salt, ginger, star anise, pepper and cinnamon.

Exercise:

1. Soak the goose in water for two hours, and then soak it in bleeding water. If the blood is not completely soaked, blanch it with water again.
