The operation of some production equipment is inseparable from the supply of compressed air, which requires the construction of a large air compressor room outside the workshop as the air source for the operation of power equipment. The gas transmission from the gas room to the equipment is completed by the pipeline more than 100 miles away. It is a heavy and arduous task to arrange pipes for the gas room. We have to erect four parallel pipes at a height of three meters, then branch off and turn left and right, crawling all over the walls of the southeast and northwest of the workshop like capillaries. The required seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 38 mm1460m, and the required pipeline with a diameter of 25 mm10100m. Make a purchase plan in the morning and send someone to the pipe market to buy it in the afternoon. On the second day after the materials came back, the welder began to derust the pipeline and spray red antirust primer on the pipeline. In the evening, I rented an air compressor from the landlord (the landlord is the boss who distributes mechanical and electrical products), and on my way to work in the morning, I rented eight iron frames from the store that rented shelves. We don't know much about air compressor equipment, so now we have to put forward a purchase list to buy air compressor. I don't know what kind of equipment I need to buy an air compressor in advance. I only know that it is very important to buy a suitable air compressor. Buying a small model can't afford the normal operation of production equipment. It wastes a lot of money to buy a large model. We went to consult the air compressor equipment technicians, and they said that how much equipment to buy depends on the gas consumption of the equipment. In order to obtain the real gas consumption data of equipment, we look for the equipment data that have not been repurchased one by one. We rummaged through a stack of data in the east and a stack of data in the west, looking for them one by one and counting them one by one, and finally got the total gas consumption parameters. After confirmation by professionals, we finally submitted a satisfactory equipment purchase list to the air compressor supplier.
Warehouse needs shelves to store goods, and preparing shelves is also a brand-new exploration. As a reference, we asked our colleagues who worked in the warehouse in the previous unit to send some photos of physical storage on the shelves to observe the effect and get inspiration from it. When looking for shelf production units, in order to facilitate the comparison and selection, we found six shelf production units from the Internet and went to the scene one by one to inform the specific matters of shelf production in detail. The biggest difficulty on the road to preparing for the exam is that there is nothing, no electricity, no water and no office ... all the infrastructure of the new factory is blank; All the implementation projects are exploration of crossing the river by feeling the stones.
The industrial electricity sent from the power supply station only ends in the control box under the transformer at the factory gate. We still have a long way to go to electrify the transformer to the workshop. According to the power of power equipment, determine the type and dosage of various cables; According to the thickness of the cable, choose the cable tray with appropriate size. The period of submitting cable procurement is not long, but the amount of work entering the construction link is large. The busbar from the transformer to the main gate of the workshop is more than 200 meters, which requires a polyethylene insulated three-core 240 square millimeter cable. The conductor from the workshop main door to the workshop is made of hard plastic copper cable, the thickness of which includes all "echelon" in the conductor specification: BV 185, BV 150, BV120 ................................................................................... In hot summer, the workshop with colored zinc tiles, black iron sheets and no ventilation facilities is like a closed stove, and the indoor ambient temperature is often above 40℃. The electrician doesn't have the most poisonous scorching sun on his head or the hottest yellow sand on his feet, but when working at a height of three meters, he is surrounded by the smell of heat wave and feels the burning flame inside. Electricians are working in hot summer with hot air, and their clothes are soaked with sweat, like a drowned rat. They worked overtime, but it took them more than a month to finish the project.
There is no electricity in the workshop. In order to connect temporary power lines, there is a rotten electric box without a cover next to the garage. It was left over from the construction site. The rotten electric box is equipped with a power switch. Electricity was found after the electric pen test. We greeted the staff on duty at the construction site. After obtaining the consent of the other party, the electrician found several wires to connect, and the problem of computer office electricity and air compressor pipeline welding electricity was solved in this way.
There is no water for washing hands in factories and work sites. We went to the pressure well of the factory next door with buckets, and went more often. Although the aunt who cooked rice greeted us warmly, we felt very embarrassed. Later, in order to find a new water point, we went to the river two miles away to get water. On the day when light rain carried water, the road was covered with mud, and we wandered all the way on the slippery road. Although there is a toilet in the workshop, it cannot be used for a long time because there is no water supply. There is a simple toilet on the roadside more than 300 meters outside the factory. In summer, the smell is bad. As the toilet excrement slammed into the pit, the sound of "buzzing ……" sounded instantly, and countless green-headed flies splashed. After squatting in the toilet for less than a minute, the mosquitoes with green eyes pounced on them like sharks excited by the smell of blood. If you try your best to expel them, you can still deal with you skillfully, sneak on your skin and smell your body fragrance, and you will be reluctant to leave. Seven of us use this toilet, just like reliving our childhood dream of going to the toilet in the countryside, from spring to summer, and finally waking up in autumn. Since the bathroom in the workshop was flooded, we have never been to that simple bathroom, and the cabin has become our most beautiful memory.
Next to the factory security room, three low-rise houses were built, which became our temporary office space. The next day, the painted wall was still wet, and our office moved from the house to this short room. As soon as we went to work in the morning, several of us took part in the cleaning. The floor of the low room is covered with a thick layer of white powder. When the broom was swept away, white smoke filled the room and inhaled the nose to cough. Three rooms came out after cleaning, one with dusty face and one with frosty hair.
After the dust cleared, we tidied up the desk and turned on the computer. There are walls on three sides of the room, and only one window is opened on the same side of the door, which can't form air convection. The smell of building materials gathers and stays indoors, which leads to poor indoor air quality and strong pungent and unpleasant smell inhaled through the nasal cavity. Staying for a long time, breathing a strong smell of formaldehyde will make people dizzy.
