1. Machine damage. When the health board enters the machine, it is easy to be scratched due to the weight of the board itself and the wear of some parts of the machine.
The conventional method is to get some oil on the back of the board properly, otherwise it will cause customer complaints.
2. The curing degree is not enough when pressing. Because the pressing temperature and pressure are not well controlled, the glue is not completely cured, and the surface hardness is not enough, which is easy to cause scratches in the next process.
3. I saw the board. When sawing boards, it is also easy to cause scratches, mostly mechanical injuries.
In addition, for high-gloss products, vacuuming or soot blowing must be enough, otherwise debris will remain on the surface or back, and pits will easily occur when curing.
The above needs comprehensive consideration, and sometimes it is caused by multiple reasons. We can't generalize.
