Effects of Addition Time of Several Promoters on Taxol Synthesis by Cell Suspension Culture of Taxus China
The effects of addition time of salicylic acid, silver nitrate, amino acid precursor, D- fructose and lanthanum sulfate on the growth of Taxus suspension culture cells and the accumulation of paclitaxel were studied. Detect by orthogonal test. The addition time of these promoters has no obvious effect on the growth of suspension cultured cells of Taxus China, but can obviously promote the synthesis of paclitaxel. When adding 1.67 mg/L silver nitrate at 14 d, 0. 1 mg/L salicylic acid at 18 d, amino acid precursor at 2 1 d and/kloc at 21d.
