Five Simple Methods of Making Classic Sugar Water
1, red bean sago

Materials: soaked red beans 100g, sago 35g, rock sugar 15g.

Exercise:

1. Pour about 800 ml of water into the pot and bring to a boil.

2. Add the washed sago and red beans and stir gently for several times.

3. Cover the pot and boil for about 40 minutes until the red beans crack.

4. Uncover the lid, add rock sugar and mix well, and cook until the rock sugar dissolves.

2. Lily, Myrica rubra and sago

Raw materials: 20g sago, 0g fresh lily15g, 0g waxberry10g, and 20g rock sugar.

Exercise:

1. Pour about 900 ml of water into the pot and bring to a boil.

2. Pour sago into the pot, mix well, cover the pot, and cook for 20 minutes on low heat until sago is cooked.

3. Uncover the lid, pour the washed bayberry into the pot, then cover the lid and cook for about 15 minutes.

3, longan tremella syrup

Raw materials: tremella150g, apple180g, red dates 30g, longan pulp 30g and rock sugar 30g.

Exercise:

1. Wash the tremella, cut off the yellow roots, and then cut into small pieces.

2. Peel and core the apple, and then cut it into small pieces for later use.

3. Boil the casserole with proper amount of water, and add tremella, red dates, longan and apples.

4. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes until the ingredients are cooked.

4. Purple sweet potato and red bean syrup

Ingredients: purple potato100g, red beans 80g, red dates 20g, brown sugar.

Exercise:

1. Cut peeled and washed purple potatoes into small pieces and put them on a plate.

2. Inject about 900 ml of water into the pot to boil.

3. Add washed red dates, red beans and purple potato pieces.

4. Cover the lid, turn to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes until the ingredients are cooked and soft.

5. Uncover the lid, pour in brown sugar and mix well, and cook for about 2 minutes until the brown sugar is completely dissolved.

5, mango sago dew

Ingredients: mango meat 300g, sago 30g, milk 100 ml, sugar 25g.

Exercise:

1. Pour about 800 ml of water into the pot and bring to a boil.

2. Pour in the washed sago and mix well.

3. Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes on low heat until the sago is crystal clear.

4. Uncover the lid, pour in milk and sugar, stir with a spoon for a while, and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes until it tastes delicious.

5. Pour chopped mango pulp, stir well and cook until boiling.
