Ginseng wine ingredient list
The ingredients list of ginseng wine is as follows:

1, Ginseng chinese wolfberry wine

Formula: Ginseng 20g, Lycium barbarum 350g, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 100g, crystal sugar 400g, and liquor 5kg.

Practice: bake ginseng and slice it, remove impurities from Lycium barbarum and put it in a gauze bag for later use. Put the rock sugar into the pot, add appropriate amount of water and heat it until it boils, refine it to Huangshi, and filter it with gauze to remove residue while it is hot.

Put Chinese liquor into a wine jar, put a cloth bag filled with ginseng and Lycium barbarum into the wine, hermetically soak for 10- 15 days, stir for 1 time every day, soak until the medicinal taste is completely weak, take out the medicine bag, filter the precipitate with a fine cloth, add crystal sugar, stir evenly, and stand and filter to obtain the finished product.

2. Changshengguben wine

Formula: 20g of ginseng, 20g of medlar, 20g of yam, 20g of Schisandra chinensis, 20g of flee for life, 20g of Ophiopogon japonicus and 20g of rehmannia glutinosa.

Practice: Cut the above medicines into pieces, put them in a bag made of raw silk, soak them in 5 kilograms of wine, seal them, put the jar in a pot, heat it for about half an hour, take it out, bury it underground for a few days, and take it out for drinking.

3, qi and blood wine

Formula: 20g longan meat, ginseng10g, angelica10g, medlar10g, cinnamon10g, atractylodes macrocephala10g, radix rehmanniae preparata10g and Achyranthes bidentata 20g.

Practice: Mix the above herbs into 1000ml yellow rice wine.

4. Nourishing heart and kidney wine

Materials: 2500g of Chinese liquor, 20g of Radix Aucklandiae, 40g of Radix Polygalae, Rhizoma Acori Graminei, Fructus Amomi, Semen Platycladi, Poria, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Ginseng, Radix Ophiopogonis, Fructus Toosendan, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Fructus Psoraleae.
