Speech on cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation skills
According to the latest 20 15 version of the guide, the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is CAB. When someone falls unconscious, they should immediately pat their shoulders and shout loudly in their ears to check their consciousness. If you are unconscious, you should check whether you are breathing (listening, watching and feeling). If you are not breathing within 10 second, you should immediately start cardiopulmonary resuscitation (no one around calls for help first, others around you call for help).

The first step is chest compression, that is, pressing with the palm of your hand touching the lower sternum, the arm perpendicular to the chest wall, the depth of compression at least 5 cm, not more than 6 cm, and the frequency 100 times /min ~ 120 times /min for 30 times.

After opening the airway, open the airway by pressing the forehead and lifting the jaw, and clean up the foreign body in the airway if necessary to prepare for artificial respiration.

Mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration, hold the patient's nose, wrap the patient's mouth for one second while keeping the airway open, and inhale normally before blowing. After blowing, let go of the hand holding your nose and let the gas exhale naturally. * * * Blow twice.

Repeat the operation with the above 30:2 pressurized ventilation ratio until the emergency personnel arrive or the patient shows signs of spontaneous circulation.
