In order to change people's unhealthy eating habits and sedentary unhealthy lifestyles, the Ministry of Health released the knowledge points of "Eating Balanced and Going Healthy" compiled by designated experts at the launching ceremony of "China Health Knowledge Dissemination Incentive Plan (Eating Balanced and Going Healthy 20 10)" on May/0.

Knowledge points mainly include five categories, which are summarized as follows:

1, eat less:

Moderate diet helps to prevent chronic diseases, prolong life and improve the quality of life.

-Don't have a full meal, and leave the table in time when you feel you can stop talking.

-Eat too much in the last meal and eat less in the next; Eat more today and eat less tomorrow.

-chew slowly and choose foods with large volume and low energy, such as vegetables and fruits.

2. Choose food in a balanced way:

-There are no bad foods, only bad combinations. Choose all kinds of food in a balanced way.

No food can meet all kinds of nutritional needs of human beings. Don't be picky about food.

-Eat cereals, beans, milk, meat, vegetables and fruits.

-Inheriting China's fine eating habits, with plant-based food as the main food and animal-based food as the supplement.

-The intake of salt, sucrose and edible oil should be restricted.

3, follow the feeling "go":

-Walking for exercise and walking in life and travel have health care functions. Walking fast can get greater health promotion benefits, and walking slowly at medium speed is also beneficial to health.

Walking speed varies from person to person, and fast walking for the elderly can be equivalent to moderate walking for the young. People in good health can walk faster, while people in poor health can walk relatively slowly.

-don't compare speed with others. The feeling of exertion tells you how fast you walk.

The walking time can be long or short, from a few minutes to several hours. If possible, take a longer way.

-choose a flat road to walk, and don't ignore the opportunity to go upstairs and downstairs.

A pleasant brisk walk and a positive and optimistic attitude can make you enjoy a good life while being healthy.

-The relative proportion of food intake and activity affects weight change. Eating too much and exercising too little will make people fat, and eating too little and exercising too much will make people thin.

-Measure your weight at least once a week, and adjust your food intake and activity according to your weight change. Compare your own weight, pay attention to uniform time, dress, diet, and defecation.

-Keep a balanced diet. Shut your mouth and spread your legs. All roads lead to the same goal, complement each other and are indispensable.

-Maintaining a balanced diet cannot be satisfied with a stable weight. Fat people who exercise are healthier than thin people who don't exercise, and their weight can't be healthy without exercise.
