How to practice qi
The method of practicing Qi is as follows:

1 and "static" and "dynamic" are two opposite nouns. Generally speaking, the concepts of these two opposing nouns represent two opposing states in natural physical phenomena. In short, they refer to two states of life: activity and stillness, action and rest.

Tao is not static, dynamic and static, which are all functions of Tao. Tao is moving and static, which can also be said to be moving. Therefore, it is very problematic to think that "quietness" is Tao.

2, seeking "quietness", that is the inevitable method of health and monasticism, and it can also be said to be the basic method. In terms of health preservation (including the requirement of health and longevity-immortality), the source of all life functions grows from "quietness", which is a natural function. In nature, the growth of any animal, plant or mineral enriches its life function from a "static" state.

Especially the seeds of a flower, a millet, a wheat, etc., all grow in static state and wither in dynamic state. People's life often needs to be equal to activities, that is, rest. Sleep is an inertial gesture for people to rest, and the endless kinetic energy of life is also radiant through adequate rest.

It is very necessary to practice running.

It is necessary to run and practice, and so is swimming. Running can exercise cardiopulmonary function and respiratory muscles, increase vital capacity, and is the basis of long-term qi supply. Breathe with your stomach, inflate your stomach to the maximum when inhaling, and shrink your stomach to the minimum when exhaling, then speed up the frequency and practice breathing longer.

Try to run outdoors or indoors for 20 minutes every day. Running can tighten the muscles of the whole body, especially the parts of the lower body, such as thighs and calves, which helps to expand the cardiopulmonary function and enhance the oxygen absorption capacity of the lungs.
