Raw materials:
Pork tenderloin 1 pair, Eucommia ulmoides 10g.
Accessories:
Onion and ginger slices 15g each, with appropriate salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash pork loin, remove fascia, cut into kidney flowers, blanch with boiling water, and wash away the floating foam.
2. Wash Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Put it in a casserole, add some water and boil it over high fire. Turn the heat down and boil it into a bowl of thick juice, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
