First of all, the Twelve Villages in Emei were handed down by the great praise of the famous Buddhist master. Zhuangfa's style is characterized by putting on airs first, then practicing breathing and breathing, and then practicing the operation of indoor atmosphere, which is used by the twelve strong men. Grasp the eight methods, hit the nail on the head, sink the virtual reality, and combine the dynamic with the static.
The twelve villages are: Tiandi Pile, Zigzag Pile, Heart-shaped Pile, Youlong Pile, Longhe Pile, Hexiang Pile, Fengyun Pile, Large-character Pile, Small-character Pile and Youming Pile.
It is said that this village was created by Baiyun Zen Master, a monk of Jinding Temple in Emei Mountain in the Southern Song Dynasty, using the deficiency of Yin and Yang of Taoism and doctors and the ups and downs of human viscera, combined with the dynamic and static techniques in Buddhism and some martial arts movements. After years of discussion and pondering, it was created and edited, and later called Twelve Villages. After this method was created, it was only circulated in the door and not passed on to outsiders. After several generations' inheritance, Master Yan Yong of Jinding Temple in Emei Mountain inherited his mantle and passed this village on to Master Jian Zhen. Master Hou and Master Juzan met when they were studying medicine in Shanghai. They are brother and sister. During a period of communication, Master Jian Zhen passed the Twelve Zhuang of Emei to Juzan. Later, Master Juzan received his disciples in Sichuan, which made the village spread in Sichuan.
The second style of the Twelve Villages in Emei is inherited from Jiang Hanqing. Legend has it that it originated from ginger in Xiaogan Township, Macheng County, Hubei Province. Jiang used to be a martial artist. In his early years, he visited the elders in the Heavenly Cave in Jinding, a normal college in Emei Mountain, Sichuan Province, and practiced martial arts all day long, thus obtaining the true story of Twelve Villages in Emei. Later, he worked in Nanchong County, Sichuan Province, and his immediate family passed on these twelve villages to his descendants. In the early 1980s, Jiang Hanqing, a descendant of the Jiang family, was a descendant of 1 1 in Twelve Villages, and contributed to the routine of Twelve Villages for the whole Sichuan Excavation Group. Jiang Hanqing was also the coach of Chongqing Eight Immortals Martial Arts School in the 23rd year of the Republic of China, and participated in many Wushu competitions in eastern and southern Sichuan. This set of twelve villages is mainly distributed in eastern and southern Sichuan, especially Nanchong.
