The scenic spot contains five cultural characteristics: medicine culture, water culture, Chu culture, Buddhism culture and business culture. 5. Neixiang Baotianman (a creation of 5A). Baotianman in Neixiang is famous in the Central Plains for its virgin forests and numerous wildlife. In order to enhance the image of Baotianman Eco-cultural Tourism Zone in an all-round way, neixiang county started the creation of 5A-level scenic spots in 20 14, and the Provincial Tourism Bureau submitted an evaluation report of Baotianman Eco-cultural Tourism Zone to the National Tourism Administration on February 29th, 20 16.
