Practice methods of qigong calisthenics
Stand in a relaxed and quiet way, with your feet naturally close together, your eyes looking straight, your thoughts harmonious and your breathing fine and smooth. Move the center of gravity to the right, lift your left foot and take a step to the left, then the center of gravity will transition smoothly between your feet. Feet parallel, shoulder-width, toes forward, hands naturally lower pituitary side, palms inward, fingers naturally bent, lightly attached to both sides of thighs, round hips, loose hips, knees slightly flexed, shoulders relaxed, elbows straight, chin adducted, teeth closed, tongue naturally extended, eyes straight, spirit restrained, natural breathing, and still for a moment.
