Zhao Rongguang's academic theory, method, topic selection path and research results are unique, and have long been called "Zhao's theory" and "Zhao's system" by food scholars at home and abroad, and numerous research results have been cited in academic circles. From 65438 to 0999, as the first professor to introduce talents, Zhao Rongguang brought unprecedented three courses to today's Zhejiang Gongshang University: food culture, tourism culture and folklore.
