Just put the cleaned ginger in, prepare some clean plastic wrap, wrap the ginger with plastic wrap, and wrap the ginger in several layers, so that the ginger can be placed in a sealed environment and isolated from the outside air, so that the ginger can be preserved for a long time without deterioration. Plastic wrap preserves ginger, and can also keep the moisture in ginger, which will not dry up and germinate.

(5) If you save a lot of ginger, we need to prepare a bigger fresh-keeping box in advance. Then clean the ginger and put it directly into the fresh-keeping box, then add two spoonfuls of salt into the fresh-keeping box and seal it with ginger.
