Secondly, only by changing the current physical condition can we solve the problem of illness and keep healthy. The third is the synergy of nature. To make the disease better, we must return to the synergy of nature. Let the body get better and better, such as eating more vegetables and meditation. These good habits will trigger and expand the efficiency of getting better. After these attempts, you will gradually start to eat less meat and even quit smoking. More good habits enhance physical fitness. We practice more and more good habits in our life. The effect of one plus one is far greater than two. The ultimate goal is to balance the body, mind and spirit, so that physical fitness, self-healing ability and immunity can be improved. Modern people live a busy life, so I'm afraid they don't have much time to keep fit. But I suggest that no matter how busy they are, they should do three things every day: the first thing is to take a deep breath, sit still or soak their feet with coarse salt, and choose one of the three; Second, exercise, qigong, meridians or sunbathing for 20 minutes, choose one of the four; Third, drink fruit and vegetable juice or cereal beans every day and have a balanced diet. Consciousness, awareness, health, care for yourself. In short, these three major events are the regulation of heart, movement and food. Breathing and meditation can regulate the mood and make the mind precipitate; Exercise and qigong can relieve stress and clean up negative emotions inside; And one or two cups of fruit and vegetable juice a day can easily eat more diverse nutrients. The above is my experience in recent years, and it is also a healthy state or recovery of the whole body and mind. Most importantly, it is important to have this awareness. We should make ourselves realize that we should make good changes, take care of ourselves, and don't bind ourselves and our families and cause a burden to society.
