Construction process flow
1) lay special mulching film, protect the existing finished products before construction, and protect the places outside the construction surface in advance;
2) Use a small shovel to treat the flatness of the wall;
3) Protect the door edge, corner, skirting line and socket with domestic textured paper;
4) mixing diatom mud in the bathroom;
A) Disassemble the diatom mud box, open the inner package and pour it into a clean bucket prepared in advance;
B) Connect another bucket with proper cleaning water;
C) Pour clean water into the previous bucket of diatom mud (note: don't overflow from the bucket slowly);
D) adding water according to the ratio of1:1;
E) Connect the socket with the stirring wire and insert it into three holes (note: please check whether the stirrer is turned off before connection);
F) Hold the stirrer tightly and put it into the barrel for stirring, and stir it clockwise, counterclockwise, up and down in various ways (note: it may be sticky and laborious at first, so just keep stirring);
G) The mixing time should be controlled at about 65438+/-00 minutes (for specific time, check the material's dilute consistency. Generally, after mixing, dig out some materials with a small shovel to see if they fall slowly. If they are left behind soon, the material is too thin; If it doesn't come off, it's too thick. Continue to add water or stir the material again);
After the construction, the finishing process should be cautious.
1) After completion, go to the bathroom to clean all tools and articles with the permission of the customer;
2) After that, take the initiative to clean the house;
3) After the customer signs and confirms;
4) Pack up tools and equipment and leave the construction site;
Matters needing attention
Diatom mud is waterproof and moisture-proof during storage and transportation. Avoid placing it directly on the wet ground.
The effective storage period of diatom mud is one year, and it should be used up as soon as possible after opening, and no other ingredients can be added.
Before diatom mud construction, the existing finished products should be well protected, and the places outside the construction surface should be protected with health care materials in advance.
When mixing diatom mud materials, please pay attention to the use of protective equipment such as masks, and add clean water in strict accordance with the prescribed proportion, and fully stir with an electric mixer to avoid color difference on the finish.
For the base with empty drum or crack, pretreatment must be carried out, and if necessary, the base should be fully oiled or pre-scraped.
Avoid direct sunlight during diatom mud construction, and be careful not to use air conditioners, fans or open windows for ventilation. Drying too fast increases the difficulty of texture construction.
It usually takes 48 hours for diatom mud to dry completely, so don't touch it within 48 hours. After 48 hours, you can spray a small amount of water with a watering can, and after drying, use a clean towel or sponge foam to remove floating objects on the surface.
