Beijing quadrangles have a high occupancy rate. The current occupancy rate is as high as 97%. The park covers an area of nearly 70 mu with a building area of more than 20,000 square meters. Among them, Nalanxingde Historical Relics Exhibition Hall is a registered protection unit of National Cultural Heritage Administration Museum, among which the Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the Chinese Medicine Health Center are deeply rooted in the essence of Chinese culture.
