One of the four diagnoses
As the name implies, seeing a doctor is to observe the patient's spirit, color, shape, posture and tongue coating, so as to know whether the internal organs are abnormal. I believe that people who have seen Chinese medicine basically have this experience, that is, the doctor will let you stick out your tongue to show it to him.
The first thing to see a doctor is to look up to God. A healthy person's behavior is sacred, his eyes are bright and his mind is clear, while those with cold expression, listlessness and dim eyes are basically suffering from diseases. There is also color diagnosis, and the color of the face can also show the rise and fall of qi and blood and the changes of diseases.
Auscultation and smell
Olfactory diagnosis includes two parts: listening to sound and smelling. The patient's voice can reflect whether there is anything wrong with his body or not. The smell is the same. Patients' smells can be divided into sweet, sour, salty, fragrant and smelly, which can reflect their health.
question
Asking refers to asking the patient's symptoms, understanding the cause, process, pain and self-feeling, as well as past and family medical history. There is a song in ancient Chinese medicine:? One question about cold and heat, two questions about sweat, three questions about diet, four questions about defecation, five questions about head and body, six questions about chest, seven questions about deafness, eight questions about drowsiness, nine questions about the causes of old diseases and ten questions about taking medicine to participate in mechanical changes. Women should ask about menstruation and childbirth, and children with measles and rashes. . Think about the process of going to see a Chinese doctor before, and you will know that the doctor is asking for advice in this process.
Pulse and palpation
Pulse diagnosis is the most familiar way when we go to see Chinese medicine, that is, taking the pulse and touching the patient's body with fingers to understand the condition. There is a saying called five touches and four touches. Five-touch refers to: one touch of pulse, two touch of abdomen, three touch of ridge, four touch of head and five touch of leg. Four touch refers to: one touch, two touch feet, three touch bones and four touch coccyx.
Seeing, listening and asking have existed since ancient times, which shows that it has played a very good role in the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
