Fu Shan's wine
People all know that Fu Shan is a great master of Taoist thought and culture, and he was known as "learning from the sea" at that time. But many people may not know that Fu Shan is still a good wine lover. While he has made great achievements in ideological and academic fields, he has also forged a lifelong indissoluble bond with wine. In particular, he and Zhu have a long history and are famous for their international and domestic wines.

Fu Shan liked drinking when he was young. When he was studying in Frost Cave, he wrote a seven-character quatrain in Hongye Building, one of which was: "Fu Shan was drunk with frost all night." After the death of Ming Chengzu, Fu Shan became more and more passionate about wine because of his depressed feelings. On the first New Year's Eve after the death of the Ming Dynasty, Fu Shan wrote painfully: "Tonight, I am ruthless and greedy for wine. The Ming Dynasty has an appointment not to pay New Year's greetings." In Fu Shan's long-term wandering life, besides books and pen and ink, the only thing that can't be separated is wine. Of course, Fu Shan is different from the general people who drink good wine. In addition to his natural love for wine, he also used wine as a medium to vent his anger and exchange ideas. He and his colleagues believe that wine is a "truly pure liquid" and can tell the truth after drinking it.

Fenyang is one of the places where Fu Shan has lived and lived for more than ten years. Fenyang is the birthplace of Fenjiu and Zhuyeqing. Therefore, Fu Shan and Zhuyeqing were modified and improved.

Speaking of bamboo leaf green, it also has an interesting legend. This year, Shanxi wine shop is going to hold a wedding banquet again. A boss asked two guys to prepare an altar of new wine and carry it on ginseng. It was particularly hot that day, and two people were walking, hot and thirsty. At noon, they happened to come to a bamboo forest. After discussion, they decided to cool off in the bamboo forest and find some water to drink. But where is the water? Two people conveniently tore off two big bamboo leaves from a bamboo plant and twisted them into two small glasses to drink. After drinking the wine, they were dumbfounded: with only half a can of wine left, how can they make a living?

Not far away, they saw a bamboo forest. There is a small puddle in the bamboo forest with a layer of bamboo leaves floating on it, which reflects the water in the puddle crystal green and is very attractive. The two quickly put down the jar and squatted by the puddle. As soon as you see, I suddenly added water to the jar and it was filled up quickly.

In addition, at the reception, just as each family was about to finish drinking, I saw the two men carrying jars and sweating into the venue. The shopkeeper opened the lid of the jar, scooped up a bowl of wine and held it respectfully in front of the chairman of the reception. Needless to say, this year's reception, the wine sent by the two guys topped the list!

Later, the shopkeeper bought the land, moved his wine shop out, dug a well in a small puddle, tried to improve the brewing process, and added fresh bamboo leaves to the brewed wine, and finally brewed a good wine with different color and taste, named "Zhuyeqing".

Zhu was already famous in the Tang Dynasty. Wu Zetian once recited, "Bamboo leaves float in wine, and hibiscus is written in a cup." Wang Ji, a poet in the early Tang Dynasty, once wrote: "The bamboo leaves are even worse, and the grapes are reddish." It can be seen that the bamboo leaves in the Tang Dynasty had a certain development. In the Song Dynasty, the formula of bamboo leaf green already contained Chinese medicine ingredients. The unique quality of bamboo leaf green today is due to Fu Shan's modification of its formula.

According to records, Fu Shan often went to Fenyang. He practices medicine and tastes good wine. For the purpose of health care, he studied the formula of bamboo leaf green and became good friends with many winemakers. One day, Fu Shan watched the winemaker brew bamboo leaf green wine by soaking herbs. With his profound knowledge of Chinese medicine and rich experience, he taught winemakers how to soak and mix with Chinese herbal medicines to achieve better curative effect. Brewers tried it according to his method. Sure enough, the wine not only tastes mellow, golden and bright, but also significantly improves the curative effect of treating meridian diseases. Fu Shan changed the preparation of bamboo leaf green from four or five to twelve, and kept the ingredients of bamboo leaves, so that bamboo leaf green has a variety of health care functions and has become a famous wine in the world today.

Fu Shan lived everywhere and drank all kinds of wine, but his favorite wine should be Zhu wine that he personally revised and improved.
