Set yourself a small goal and make a little progress every day.
Recently, the author Alina Zhang came to Fandeng Reading Club to listen to the book "Handbook of Life Efficiency".

She speaks very fast. At first glance, she seems to be a very efficient person, but I feel a little breathless and can't keep up with her rhythm.

I don't expect much from myself, and listening to her say that my life efficiency is a bit scary.

She is too hard on herself, too strict. She said that she is the CEO and leads the team, so naturally she dare not relax.

Seeing her quick thinking and clear logic, I talked about her Handbook of Life Efficiency. To tell the truth, I was worried about her at that time, but any successful woman must be a little obsessive-compulsive, and she must force herself into a strong woman, and everything is an efficient woman.

She speaks very fast, but her voice is extremely beautiful. She should be professionally trained. She is delicate and gentle, and looks like a little woman.

People like me who don't work hard and make progress still make irresponsible remarks about other people's efforts. I know that China people's inferiority complex is a small tail.

She talked about why the gap between people has widened in just a few years after graduation. Ten years and twenty years have passed, some people have reached the same starting point, and some people are as ordinary as ever. This is the difference brought about by the efficiency of life, which has become a qualitative mutation over time.

The first part is management by objectives.

Do you have a goal? Do you have a goal of 20 18? Do you have the goal of 20 18 10 months? What's your goal? Is it operable? Did you get it? Did you try hard? How much have you achieved?

Most of us live a monk's life every day, muddling along day after day.

Her seven target figures make me feel out of reach. Of course, we ordinary people can't compare with her as a young CEO. Her Handbook of Life Efficiency is mainly aimed at young entrepreneurs who want to achieve great things.

She divided the seven target characters into high school, junior high school and junior high school, which can be surpassed and unattainable. A high-goal person is the person you dream of becoming. For example, Alina Zhang set herself the goal of becoming the founder of Harvard University, and her lifelong ideal is to open a school and train young CEOs of the highest level like her.

The middle target number is 1~3 people that you can surpass in 5 to 10 years, and the lowest number is 1~3 people that you may surpass in one or two years.

She draws little people here regularly. Once these people surpass them, they may be replaced at any time. She wants to analyze all the excellent characteristics of these people in detail, which are parallel and cross.

Let's draw a little man. I'll never catch up with the characters she mentioned. Let me see, I can probably surpass myself.

The second part is time efficiency, which is even more amazing. She gets up at 4 o'clock every day and goes to bed at 1 1. She only sleeps for about four or five hours. She also encourages her team and fans to get up early and plan what to do in the morning.

Nowadays, most children are night owls and like to stay up late, but it is really difficult to get up early.

With so little sleep, I can't help worrying about her health, and Fan Deng feels the same way. She asked her if she wanted to work so hard. She is sure that she can't do it without working hard at the beginning of her business. There are so many people who need her and expect her. She must constantly input new knowledge to improve herself.

She said that she also arranged two holidays for herself every year. She has two big holidays on May Day and China New Year. She can't answer her cell phone, and she can't let go of all her work. This is a young woman who is very efficient even on vacation.

She said that her mother is the most admired person in her life and she is an excellent entrepreneur. She is 60 years old, with a waist circumference of 1.9 feet and long hair shawl. She lives beautifully. At the age of 60, she can still claim to be a beauty, and her career is still outstanding, which can be described as a model of women.

I'm more interested in this. I am fifty to five, getting fatter and fatter. I'm afraid of getting old, ugly, losing my memory and becoming an idiot. I am a woman, so I am envious.

I was curious, so I specially searched her mother's lifestyle on the Internet, and then looked at the photos to appreciate her beauty, but unfortunately I couldn't find it.

Alina Zhang said that her mother, as an entrepreneur, should be very busy and have a lot of social activities every day, but she goes home for dinner at six o'clock every day on time. After dinner, the three of them read books together for half an hour, and then talked about their feelings about books in combination with reality.

She is too young and naive to talk about any profound thoughts, but no matter what she says, her parents never interrupt and refute her, but encourage her to continue. Over time, her eloquence and thoughts probably developed in this way.

Fan Deng thinks that this kind of parent-child reading is particularly worth popularizing.

In order to realize his dream of becoming a volunteer for the Beijing Olympic Games, Alina Zhang resolutely dropped out of the prestigious Zhejiang University, which is definitely a precedent in China. Nizi has great courage.

The next year, she was admitted to Beijing Normal University, and her dream of becoming a volunteer came true.

I think as her mother, she didn't strongly oppose and stop this bold and seemingly absurd behavior. She understood and respected all her daughter's decisions. From this point, we can see that this mother is unique and brilliant in children's education.

An ordinary mother will fly into a rage, "What are you crazy about?" Psycho! Don't drop out! "

Alina Zhang's time management emphasizes records and lists. Write down what you want to do every day, plan your time, and then finish it item by item.

Most people will say that I have plenty of time, or that my time is arranged by the leader and I don't have time to use it. This state actually takes time to manage. Doing a good job in time management can better develop myself, otherwise I will always be a mediocre person and have no progress.

The third part is her efficiency handbook, which emphasizes four points. Make a small plan for yourself every day, write down the three most important things on the left and right sides of the white paper, and then analyze the reasons for the gap between the plan and reality.

The second is the goal rule. You plan what you want to do every day for what you want to achieve. For example, I want to be a diplomat. According to the goal rule, I need to practice English for an average of 3 to 5 hours every day.

Third, improve the efficiency of pomodoro technique, shield immediate interference, cultivate inner anti-interference ability, and let us gradually develop the habit of rapid immersion. I think that's what we call doing this well in a normal state of mind.

The fourth method is the extension of willpower, that is, only ask yourself to do a little more than the last time, and the progress can be small, but as long as you persist.

Alina Zhang said that when she was in junior high school, she was in poor health and often caught a cold. Her classmates laughed that she wanted to find a drugstore owner as her husband when she grew up.

She saw that all the old people who got up in the morning were running, and they could get close to Wan Li at once, so she started running. On the first day, she only ran 300 meters. When she was too tired, she set herself a goal to run ten meters more every day.

Ten meters is an unremarkable small number. She gritted her teeth and insisted on running ten meters more every day. A year later, she became the runner-up in the school long-distance running.

Therefore, everyone is not born to do this, but not to do that. This is because of our laziness and fear. If we practice deliberately, there is no goal that we can't reach.

This inspired me a lot.

This summer, the northeast is particularly hot. Catch up with menopause, I will find countless reasons for myself. Every day, the cat stays still in the air conditioner, which makes the turtle breathless.

Physical strength has dropped severely, and the waistline has gained a big circle. Then I don't want to do anything. Going to work every day is playing games, chasing hit dramas, boring and confused.

This feeling of laziness makes me feel old, exhausted, physically weak, mentally dull and forgetful.

A little anxious, forming a vicious circle.

I read her Handbook of Life Efficiency and learned the diligence of Xiao Nizi. Those lofty ideals are unrealistic to me, but at least I can set myself a small goal.

In autumn, I got a fitness card in the gym and forced myself to stick to it every day. After more than a month, little progress has been made.

1. Go back and forth to the seaside in the unit at noon every day, about 4000 meters. Almost all of them insist on it at work. I gradually control the speed and time of walking and try to get faster every day.

I swim one kilometer every day. At first, I spent an hour and a half swimming and resting. Now I can swim in the water for one kilometer, which takes about 50 minutes. My swimming speed is still a little slow.

3. Do sit-ups for one minute every day. At first, you can only do 20. The next day, your stomach is like a cramp. Now you can reach more than 40 in one minute.

Cycling is the most sweaty exercise. At our age, we need to sweat occasionally. I couldn't keep up after riding for more than ten minutes at first. Now I can keep up with the whole process.

I can listen to a book and write reading notes in Fandeng reading club every day, but I still don't insist on writing notes every day. In fact, listening is very casual, writing is very important, and the process of writing is a process of memory and thinking.

6. Write two articles of more than 2,000 words every week. At this point, I am more tolerant of myself. Don't put too much pressure on yourself, more casual ingredients. I write more when I am happy and carefree, but I don't write when I am busy, so my progress is relatively small.

In fact, I always hesitate on my way to the gym every day, always want to go home, and always force myself to turn that corner. I forced myself to stick to it for more than a month, lost three or four pounds of meat and had a thinner waist. The original work clothes can be easily put on again.

Listening and writing every day, I feel that my life has been enriched a lot, and I have gradually learned to think about many problems.

Set a small goal for yourself, make a little progress every day, be healthy, have rich thoughts and feel much clearer naturally.
