First, lotus seeds, red dates and soybean milk

Raw materials: red dates 15g (peeled), lotus seeds 15g, 50g of soybeans, 50g of white sugar and appropriate amount of sugar.

Exercise:

1. Soak soybeans for 6- 16 hours for later use.
