What porridge do you cook in summer?
(1) Watermelon skin porridge summer health porridge materials: watermelon skin 200g, japonica rice 100g, sugar 30g. Practice: a little watermelon skin, peeled off the hard skin and diced. Wash the japonica rice, stir-fry the wok with high fire, pour in clear water, add the japonica rice and watermelon peel, boil over high fire, then turn to low fire to cook porridge and add sugar. Efficacy: clearing heat and relieving summer heat, diuresis and detumescence. (2) Summer health porridge bitter melon porridge materials: bitter gourd 100g, rock sugar 20g, refined salt 2g, japonica rice 100g.
