What kind of tea? What tea is the most nutritious?
Tea is traditionally divided into six types: black tea, yellow tea, green tea, white tea, black tea and green tea. Comparatively, black tea is the most nutritious.

First of all, black tea

Black tea can help digestion, stimulate appetite, induce diuresis, eliminate edema and strengthen heart function. Disease prevention: black tea has strong antibacterial ability.
