4,700 years ago, as far back as the Yellow Emperor era, Du Kang was born because of making wine! Known as the originator of China wine industry and the source of liquor. Since its publication, many poems have been left, such as Cao Cao's "Du Kang is the only way to relieve anxiety" and Bai Juyi's "Du Kang relieves boredom and Hemerocallis relieves anxiety".
