Nowadays, many young people lie on the sofa when they get home, or simply have a "Ge You Lie". Not only are they not interested in anything, but they are also short of breath and have difficulty speaking. This kind of person is often talked about by people around him. Why are you so lazy? In fact, Chinese medicine has a special definition of this, that is, qi deficiency, qi deficiency people lack energy, will appear so weak.

Huangdi Neijing has long pointed out that "all diseases are born of qi", which means that many diseases are related to the operation of human qi. Qi deficiency in Chinese medicine actually refers to a person's lack of qi, which is characterized by shortness of breath and low visceral function.

If we stick out our tongue and look in the mirror, we find that our tongue is covered with tooth marks, which is the performance of qi deficiency. Such people often have symptoms such as fatigue, listlessness, limb relaxation, spontaneous sweating, wheezing, pale face, low voice, dizziness, tinnitus, tongue coating, weak pulse and so on.

Qi deficiency is mainly divided into kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency and lung deficiency.

In practice, soup and porridge are recommended, which are easy to be absorbed by people with qi deficiency. It is a good way to replenish qi to cook porridge with astragalus and lily and add some points when cooking chicken soup.

Use 500 grams of dried yam. If you have fresh yam. You can wash it, peel it, slice it and air dry it outside before the sun comes out so that it won't turn yellow when the sun is too strong. However, if the sun comes out and then takes it out, it will turn yellow. This is the traditional method.

Then prepare Euryale Semen 150g (with astringent and kidney-strengthening effects) and 750g Coicis Semen. Then take yam, coix seed and Euryale ferox to the place where food is processed, and let them grind it into powder for me.
