How to cook beef stewed radish?
The common practices of braised beef and radish are as follows:

Material preparation: 1 radish, 500g beef ribs, appropriate amount of onion ginger, 1 stewed beef, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2g salt, 1 coriander, 1 garlic cloves.

1. Cook beef in cold water.

2. Wash with warm water.

3. Add half a pot of water to the onion and ginger seasoning bag and bring to a boil. Boil the beef in a pot and reduce the heat to about 1 hour. You can also use a pressure cooker to shorten the time.

4. Cook the beef, put a little oil in another pot, put the soy sauce and cooking wine into the cooked beef, cut the white radish into your favorite shape, and cook it in the pot.
