What kinds of sea cucumbers are there?
1. sea cucumber: also known as grey ginseng and grey sea cucumber, it is mainly produced in the northern coastal areas of China, such as Dalian and Yantai, and is the best of sea cucumbers. The "sea cucumber" mentioned here has a wide range, including Liaoshen, Jiaodong Ginseng, Kanto Ginseng and Kansai Ginseng. The body of Stichopus japonicus is cylindrical, with blunt rounded ends, generally 20 cm long, flat ventral surface, slightly raised back, 4-6 rows of irregular conical barbs, and 20 tentacles around the mouth.

2, red cucumber and ginseng: also known as white boots, grass soles, pigs and insects, Xisha Islands and Hainan Island are prolific. Red cucumber ginseng is cylindrical, about 30 cm long, with a raised back and a plantar abdomen, so it is also called Stichopus japonicus and Stichopus japonicus. 4. Shen Shi: Also known as cucumber ginseng and Japanese ginseng, produced in Xisha Islands and Hainan Island, is an excellent edible ginseng. The body of Arnebia euchroma is oval, generally about 25-30 cm long, with its mouth inclined to the ventral surface and 20 tentacles.

5. Keshen: Also known as Black Dog Ginseng, Black Dog Ginseng, Black Ginseng and Pig Monster Ginseng, it is produced in Dongsha, Xisha Islands and Hainan Island. Ginseng body is cylindrical, slightly flat, with different thickness. Generally, it is about 20 cm long, with a blue-black body and sand grains.
