The first lecture is "Yang transforming qi and Yin forming"

This should start with the famous theory of traditional Chinese medicine, "Yang transforming qi and Yin forming".

What does "Yang Qi" mean? For example, water turns into steam when heated. Compared with the human body, if the human body is full of Yang Qi (that is, energy and heat), it can digest (or burn) various tangible nutrients (such as blood lipids, blood sugar, cholesterol, etc.) and convert them into various functions and strengths of the human body. Tangible nutrients become various physiological functions and dynamic processes of human body through the gasification and combustion of yang, which is called "yang".

On the other hand, if the human body is full of yin (cold), various nutrients (blood lipids, blood sugar, etc. ) unable to gasify (burn) human power, the remaining accumulation body becomes tangible garbage and becomes hyperlipidemia. Hyperglycemia (diabetes) and hypercholesterolemia further evolve into hyperviscosity syndrome, which leads to arteriosclerosis, vascular occlusion, myocardial infarction, stroke, obesity, tumor and other organic diseases. These are all kinds of hazards caused by "negative molding". Just like it turns into ice when it is cooled.

Therefore, if the yang is sufficient, nutrition will be used as the functional power of the human body (that is, transforming the yang). On the contrary, if Yin Qi is sufficient, buckwheat can not be burned and utilized, and the rest will accumulate into various organic lesions in the body (this is "yin formation")

Therefore, "health is to raise yang, and yang can be strong to work."
