What if the electric kettle can't be heated?
The reasons are as follows: there is something wrong with the line and the electricity can't be turned on. The water-filled health pot under the base is broken.

The power cord is normal.

The indicator light of the electric kettle is on, indicating that the power cord is good. Either the metal plate of the electric kettle base is in poor contact with the electric heater, or the electric heater is damaged.

Poor internal contact

If the fault is caused by poor internal contact, you can tear off the glue on the outside of the indicator light, expose the screw, and then open the bottom plate with a screwdriver. Then you can unscrew the three fixing screws in the base and remove the small screw in the middle of the base, so that you can see the contact surface between the metal sheet and the electric heater. Generally, the metal sheet with poor contact will change color. If it is normal, you can measure the electric heater with a multimeter.

Electric heater damage

If the electric heater is broken, you can buy a set in the electrical appliance market and reinstall it.
