The second step, the combination of inside and outside: Anyone who practices Tai Ji Chuan should be aware of the difference between inside and outside physically. The so-called distinction between inside and outside is the inner spirit of the human body. The so-called external is the hands, feet, wrists, elbows, waist, hips and knees. Although the spirit of God has no shape, it is the essence of the body. If the spirit of God is full, the body is strong; if the spirit of God is lost, the body is weak. Therefore, when practicing boxing, we should first pay attention to the cultivation of internal strength, so that we can be full of energy and develop into shape. Therefore, the boxing score requires that when practicing boxing, it must be "originated in the middle, shaped in the outside, and reached around", guiding qi with meaning and transporting the body with qi. This is a fact. Only by combining inside and outside, with the shape of internal strength, can we move inside and outside, turn inside and outside, open inside and outside, and combine inside and outside. In this way, you can practice your internal strength and your appearance, and you will gain something day by day. If you don't use internal strength to exercise your appearance, just practice your appearance, because your internal qi is not full, you should have internal strength to guide your posture change. The more you practice, the greater your physical exhaustion. Be careful. Let's talk about the Song formula that the predecessors combined the relationship between internal strength and appearance with boxing practice: eversion is not called running. If you run without following, you will fall. Turning inside out doesn't mean hiding. If you hide something and don't give it, you will be embarrassed. If it's outside and not inside, it's called a branch. If there is a passive branch, it will be broken. If you can't open it inside and outside, you will say that "continuation" will continue without exhibition and will be suppressed. In short, it is necessary to combine inside and outside and help each other to be handy. Where there is any inconsistency, it is called impulsiveness.
Step 3: Combination of inside and outside: When practicing boxing, we should understand the relationship between internal strength and appearance, so we should use the method of "opposing qi with intention and transporting the body with qi", because the use of internal qi is intangible, and the comfort and fluency of internal qi use is invisible to the outside, while the posture of sports boxing frame is visible to the outside. It is necessary to carefully understand the degree and relationship between each posture and internal qi in exercise, and whether it meets the theoretical requirements. We should use internal gas to penetrate into appearance and posture. If the combination is not good, from the appearance, it seems to be waiting for the supply of internal gas. From the attitude, there will be craftsmen staying here. Therefore, after understanding the combination of internal and external, we must combine up and down to overcome these shortcomings.
Step 4: Dismantle the shelf: Dismantle the shelf is to practice each posture in the boxing shelf separately, and don't limit one posture to another (but each posture can be linked with each posture). Some people misunderstand the posture and hands of taking apart shelves as the practice method of serving the enemy, which is wrong. The practice method of attacking the enemy requires another posture and gesture, which will be mentioned later. At present, the original intention of dismantling the frame is to require that every posture should be coordinated with the internal qi and appearance, so that the spirit can develop comfortably and achieve the purpose of health preservation. After dismantling the frame, every posture, whether it is changing or positive, can't be separated: shed, shoe, squeeze, press, pick, bottle and elbow, depending on the original meaning of these eight words. When practicing, every posture should have a starting point. Four processes of transformation: (1) Starting point: Before each posture is opened, the whole body must stand upright and comfortable, straighten the air inside, relax it to the whole body, run through the body, and keep the meaning of circle. Do the shed first and then do the next process, that is, the operation process, so the starting process is also called the preparation process. (2) Operation: After the starting point process is completed, it is to run in the required direction without stopping, with two arms comfortably extended, legs flat and slightly bent, and its own energy source should be placed between the legs, drooping, with the intention of moving back and forth at will. (3) End point: To convey the posture to the positive direction, you must keep your body upright, your arms relaxed, your fingers slightly bent, and your whole body focus on your legs. At this time, it is advisable to keep the internal gas unobstructed. Don't hold your breath, don't distort the above requirements because of the pursuit of posture. (4) Transformation: The transformation process is the most important part in boxing practice, which plays a connecting role. When connecting, all the above requirements shall be met and continuous. At the same time, it also ensures the correct posture of the body posture without any movement.
Step 5: Dismantle hands: When practicing boxing, gestures are the most important. In appearance, all actions are done by hand first, pointing out the direction and making gestures. Therefore, when practicing boxing, your hands must start from the center and expand in the direction you want to go. Not only do you have to ask for opening and closing, but you also have to show it in your hands. Therefore, the excessive, scattered, shrinking and timid posture of each posture is also manifested in the transformation of hands, which belongs to the kung fu of bosom friends. As for the work of mutual understanding, the same is true when taking over from each other. The boxing score says: "Only the hand can concentrate first and release immediately", which means that the hand is the pioneer of understanding. Therefore, when dealing with the enemy, body shape must have a source of strength, so body shape and hand posture are very important when practicing boxing. In addition, between each gesture change, don't fix the gesture as a dead method, and each gesture and gesture can be disassembled at will. Infinite change is to be sought in opening and closing, that is, the combination of opening and closing, which requires: no direction, no movement, no form, no stop. In short, gestures must be coordinated with their own sources of strength, especially in Ashi's martial arts, so as to know yourself and yourself. Step 6: Divide strength: The so-called Tai Chi strength is the combination of one's own spirit, mind and qi, which is intangible, also called innate strength and endless, so when practicing Tai Ji Chuan, one is not allowed to use the acquired clumsy strength. Acquired incompetence is the concentration of god, heart and qi, which is tangible, real and ineffective. The innate power is god, the heart and qi are integrated, invisible and flexible. Therefore, when practicing Tai Ji Chuan, it is necessary to guide qi with the heart and transport the body with qi, that is, to disperse the acquired incompetence of the human body and make the heart, mind and qi of the human body naturally merge. In addition, don't use some acquired clumsy force between the dynamic and static opening and closing of each body gesture. Note that the use of acquired clumsy strength will affect the agility of innate strength. When using innate strength, god, heart and qi are indispensable. When pushing, you can use it flexibly without fixing the strength in a certain posture, but in a posture, you can use it flexibly by entering the shed, stroking, squeezing, pressing, picking, cupping and elbow. The original intention of breaking away from these eight forces is to move wildly. So don't mix strength and posture to study. The posture is fixed and the strength is infinitely variable. When you take over, don't take the initiative to attack each other. They have certain strength. You should adapt to the needs of each other's strength and extend your strength to each other's body. At this time, only the light spirit can understand the strength and source of the other party's strength, to the extent of understanding, and all this lies in the hand. Don't mix your own strength with the other's strength when you take over. We must distinguish between the strong enemy and the weak. Just like the song goes: take over and distinguish between the enemy and me. Their strengths are not mixed, and they are not attacked by Aauto Quicker, influenced by change, bullied by force, dragged down by restraint and changed as before. Free and fruity work belongs to me. This shows that in application, you can take the initiative to mix each other's strength with your own strength, and never ask the other party to mix it with your own strength. This is the most critical problem when dealing with the enemy, and it is also the key to victory or defeat.
Step 7: Practice Tai Ji Chuan to reach the stage of mastery, otherwise, you won't get the secret of Taiji. Mastering the above six parts in stages means being able to improvise, use flexibly, be handy, go into battle lightly and change endlessly. The above six books are inherently comprehensive and need to be practiced in stages to learn well. To this end, we should not only exercise and study for a long time, but also clarify the following aspects. (the relationship between the outside and the inside): the outer finger shape, that is, the boxing frame. Boxing rack is the beginning of the action, but the tangible posture is the way to deal with the enemy, and boxing rack is the route of the action. The training framework must clarify the direction and purpose of training. Sports boxing frame is the kung fu of knowing friends, which serves internal skills and is driven and dominated by internal skills. Internal refers to internal strength, that is, Tai Chi strength, and spirit, mind and qi run through the shape. That is, the boxing spectrum says "guiding qi with intention and transporting the body with qi", which is the foundation of sports boxing. With roots, we need tangible cooperation, pointing out the direction with posture and opening the route, so that internal strength can be developed smoothly. The above is the relationship between internal strength and appearance. When practicing boxing, we should combine inside and outside, recruit and combine inside and outside, and recruit and combine. (Opening and closing relationship): Every gesture should have the meaning of opening and closing. On means that the internal gas is turned on first, and off means that the internal gas is turned off first. Because the body is dominated by internal qi, the posture is changeable, so every posture should have sufficient internal qi supply. This is right, but we should further understand that the opening and closing of posture is tangible, while the opening and closing of internal qi is intangible. It is necessary to combine form with internal qi, obey the command, and combine opening and closing. After understanding the relationship between outside and inside, opening and closing, when practicing boxing, the posture can be changed from big to small, and the size can be changed lightly and freely. You are always handy when dealing with your opponent. This is what the boxing spectrum says: seek quietness in motion, especially in quietness. The opening and closing of movement is included, from tangible movement to intangible movement, and the internal qi moves with the movement of appearance. Finally, the form and the internal qi are combined into one, and then "there is no invisible phase, and everything is empty." At this time, the mind can reach the natural state of "there is stillness in the movement, and there is movement in the stillness". So the bones and muscles have been exercised, the blood vessels have been circulated, the spirit has been stretched, the breathing has been smooth, and the metabolism in the body has been strengthened. This is Tai Ji Chuan's way of keeping in good health. There is a poem that "joining the WTO" is a condensed idea, and there is no suspicion without invisibility. The shed is completely different from the publishing house. It is really a transformation. It is extremely difficult to practice in the realm of transformation, so it is extremely difficult to find a way to find the truth. It is easier to find a job than to practice, and it is not difficult to get a job at once. There must be a door to practicing boxing, and there must be a way to use boxing.
