1. Treatment principles

However, due to the different causes and pathological changes of the syndrome, there are also differences in specific applications: first, deficiency of kidney yin, loss of body fluid, dry throat and thirst, dry tongue and cleft lip, thirst and constipation, so-called nourishing and moistening dryness with asparagus, Ophiopogon japonicus and Ligustrum lucidum; The second is deficiency of kidney yin, and the fifth is upset heat, hot flashes and night sweats. Palpitation and insomnia, returning to Shengdi, Scrophularia, Tortoise Shell, and Lycium barbarum, so-called tonic; Third, kidney essence is not full, yin deficiency and blood deficiency, waist and knees are sore, nocturnal emission is greasy, deafness and dizziness, early whitening, irregular menstruation, and the products of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Polygonum Multiflori Radix, Lycium barbarum and Mulberry are used to replenish deficiency and nourish essence.
2. Basic prescription
(1) Liuwei Dihuang Pill is taken on an empty stomach, each time 10g, 2-3 times a day 1.
(2) Zuogui Pill is suitable for yin deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome.
(3) Dabuyin Pill is suitable for yin deficiency with internal heat syndrome.
3. Acupuncture
Take Shenshu, Guanyuan, Sanyinjiao and other points, and make them up with fine needles, or make them up and purge them. Insomnia and forgetfulness plus Shenmen, Xinshu and Baihui; Tinnitus, deafness plus hearing, hurricane; Shi Zhi, Dahe, Taixi, Xinshu and Neiguan are added to the patients with spermatorrhea; In case of metrorrhagia, add Bai Yin, Neiguan and Taixi points. Generally, moxibustion is not added.
4. Pay attention to both yin and yang
Regarding the treatment of kidney yin deficiency, we should also pay attention to the problem of the opposition and mutual root of yin and yang. Generally speaking, kidney deficiency includes kidney yin deficiency, kidney yang deficiency and yin and yang deficiency. Kidney yin deficiency belongs to material consumption, and kidney yang and kidney qi are functional. If you eat a lot of substances (kidney yin and kidney essence), such as frequent sexual life, or because of excessive labor (including mental and physical strength), or you are weak at birth, the material foundation is damaged or your body is relatively lacking, you are prone to symptoms of kidney yin deficiency, such as weakness of waist and knees, weakness of limbs, dizziness and tinnitus, hair loss, loose teeth, memory loss, premature senility, loss of libido, nocturnal emission, premature ejaculation and so on. Kidney yin deficiency is also prone to deficiency heat, and yin deficiency does not control yang to produce internal heat, which is prone to five upset fever and night sweats.
Generally, kidney yin deficiency mostly occurs in young adults. Because young and middle-aged people have a large amount of activities, whether they are studying or exercising, they have great material losses. In terms of sexual function, kidney-yin deficiency is characterized by not low sexual desire, but rapid ejaculation (premature ejaculation) accompanied by nocturnal emission. People with kidney-yang deficiency have more impotence, fear of cold, cold hands and feet, long urine and loose stools, which are more common in middle-aged and elderly people. The common symptoms of kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency are backache and limb weakness.
Because the yin and yang of kidney are Yuan Yin and Yuanyang, they often interact with each other in the process of pathological changes. When kidney yin deficiency develops to a certain extent, it can involve kidney yang and develop into deficiency of both yin and yang, which is called "yin impairs yang"; When kidney-yang deficiency reaches a certain degree, it can also involve kidney-yin and develop into deficiency of both yin and yang, which is called "Yang damage and Yin damage". Therefore, "those who are good at nourishing yin must seek yin from yang." Therefore, the method of nourishing yin cannot simply use yin medicine, but should be supplemented by products that warm yang. On the one hand, it can make it not stagnant but not greasy, on the other hand, it is intended to stimulate the qi growing in the kidney to help biochemical strength, which is more important for people with yin deficiency and long illness. Otherwise, without Yang, Yin cannot be transformed.
