Put this mouth and ear together and use traditional Chinese characters to express listening. Then the so-called saint is a person who can listen to his own nature. That is, people who can control their bodies and desires. If you can dominate your body and desires and make others obey you, then you can be king, so this is the first and second statement that saints attach great importance to medicine, that is, ancient culture thinks that the world is human, so ancient Tian Zi wrote it like this; The sky is above people's heads, so in ancient Chinese, it is also called the sky and the top, and the world is the human body. In fact, it tells us that the human body is the most sophisticated self-organizing structure in all organizational systems, and it has a harmonious mechanism itself. Therefore, this is also one reason why China's ancient thought is to govern the country with medicine, treat diseases with Chinese medicine, and treat diseases with Chinese medicine. What does this sentence mean? Everything has changed for thousands of years, but people have not changed. Human nature has not changed, so the ancients thought that any thought of human beings came from the body. Here, everyone should first think about a problem, that is, you should think about where our vitality comes from. We often use such words as courage, spirit, courage, will and intelligence. These words represent our vitality and leadership. So where did all this come from? Think about it, the so-called spirit, do you have courage and determination, then what is this courage? What are the specific aspects? In fact, this spirit involves a word of Chinese medicine. It is the god of lungs. Here to explain the so-called god. What is a god? After the lungs are full of qi, their appearance is called God. Its performance, we say that you have no god, and it is not enough to have a god full of energy. In fact, your essence is full of external appearance, just like the light of a flame. That's called god. Then this qi refers to lung qi, and the force is related to our other organ, namely the kidney. Everyone must remember that where our strength comes from, we all come from the waist, so our strength comes from the kidneys. Then these two concepts, like lungs and kidneys, are related to an instinctive problem, so in a sense, courage is related to instinctive problems and cannot be learned. You can't learn courage from others It's your lung deficiency and your kidney deficiency. Then there is another point, spirit, that is, you look really energetic and full of vitality, otherwise you will be particularly depressed, but what is this essence? This essence is also a kidney, and the most basic substance is essence. In traditional Chinese medicine, concept refers to essence. And God is here, God is the God of the heart, and the God of the heart is God, so the so-called God actually represents a fixed vocabulary in Chinese medicine, that is, the ability of heart and kidney to intersect. Is your ability to communicate with your heart and kidneys. The performance of its ability is spirit. If your heart is weak and your kidney essence is weak, you will appear listless. So this spirit also refers to our material things. So courage, according to Huangdi's Neijing, courage is the main decision, so whether you are determined or not is also the embodiment of your leadership. So what does decisiveness involve to a great extent? It is your lack of courage! It's not that this man has cut his guts, so he has no determination. The key is a problem that courage is not enough. Then will also involve a man, depending on his willpower, so what is this will? What is its material basis? Its material basis refers to the appearance of spleen (essence) in traditional Chinese medicine, and the spirit of spleen means this. So what do spleen and heart mean? That is to say, the external expression of the spleen is spirit and meaning, because the spleen governs transportation, so your meaning is sufficient. If your spleen essence is sufficient, your transportation ability will be strong. Strong transport capacity means that we are not a question of memory, but a question of relevance. For example, your thinking is very flexible. When you see this thing, you can immediately associate it with that thing. When you can connect these two things, this connection is meaning. This is transportation, flexibility, and a very flexible mind. Then ambition is also a kidney, and ambition is the god of kidney (Ming), so words like will are talking about this ability of kidney. So as far as this will is concerned, in fact, if spirit is the intersection of heart and kidney, then will actually refers to the embodiment of our ability to transport and collect the human body. Because kidney is the embodiment of transportation and collection ability, how much you can transport and then decide how much you can live. This is your willpower. If you are only smart in transportation, but you can't decide and insist, it is not firm, so this is also a manifestation of our vitality. So being smart is easy to explain. Chinese medicine is clever, and it thinks that the kidney is enlightened by the ear, that is to say, the kidney qi is enlightened by the ear. Liver, liver begins to understand eyes, liver begins to understand eyes, so whether you are smart or not depends on your liver and kidney abilities. That is to say, studying Huangdi Neijing can make us look inward more, observe our people inward and cultivate our ability to look inward, but it is not easy to look inward, so it is also the most lonely one in Huangdi Neijing, which means it is actually very painful and difficult to look inward, which is also the loneliness of sages since ancient times. For example, in western society, it pursues the goal of knowing itself, while in China society, it pursues the unity of man and nature. The so-called harmony between man and nature, as I said just now, is the human body. The so-called harmony between man and nature is the harmony between man and nature. The higher the harmony between man and nature, the closer it is to perfection. So the key depends on this harmony. This is a question of looking inward. China has a famous saying, that is, the human body is rare, it really stinks, and China is hard to live. Therefore, the human body is rare, that is to say, from the study of Huangdi Neijing, we should begin to pay attention to our inner life and the operation of our internal organs. We know the human body, in fact, we know many aspects of life. From another point of view, our present body, from the Buddhist point of view, is actually the body that we have spent many years practicing. Therefore, in later words, the body is the capital of the revolution, the carrier of repairing the truth by borrowing fakes, and the fine product to be cultivated, but our present life has been largely destroyed. Second, the real Buddhism is unpleasant to smell. As we all know, Buddhist scriptures can only be heard by fate, and so can Huangdi's Neijing. You can't just say it and hear it. Including Huangdi Neijing itself, is a dialogue between Huangdi and his teacher. When he asks some core questions, his teacher will tell him that you must fast. The so-called fasting is not just to wash your teeth for a few days, but to tell you to keep a mental state and not to be controlled by so many desires, vulgar desires and desires. It is a state without selfish distractions, including the holy king studying Huangdi Neijing. He should also take a very serious attitude, and what should he insist on? What kind of attitude is this? It is to cultivate your body and your heart to learn, so that you can really see inside, so this is the second point. The real method smells bad. The third sentence is that it is difficult to live in China. Actually, everyone should. Why do you say that? Because only China has so many classics, we can read them, rethink our lives, and even carefully understand every subtle change of our bodies, so this is a meaning that China can hardly survive. Only China has Huangdi Neijing, which is from this angle. So what is the third point? Is that it can cultivate our inner insight, and this insight is actually related to two aspects, that is, it will tell us a good cognitive method, China people actually have a very familiar thing about medicine, in it. We study Huangdi Neijing, for example, many people don't know medicine, but ordinary people use these things every day, so in ancient times, this is called ordinary people's daily use without knowing, that is, ordinary people use these things every day, but we don't know what the truth is, which can cultivate our insight. So the first thing of this insight is to cultivate our understanding of heaven and earth, which involves a very interesting one. Why buy things, not north and south? First, explain this picture. Generally, everyone thinks that our current picture is up north and down south, and then says, teacher, you must have made this picture wrong. Why is Nan on it? But in fact, this picture is very interesting in ancient China. Many people find it difficult to explain. Where is it? Just say, why did Nan put it up? So this, in fact, is that we study medicine, which is what China said in ancient times: it is the easiest to enter the Tao from medicine. To understand these things, we must first understand the human body, so as far as the human body is concerned, our people, the heart is above, and the heart is its representative. If you lie on the ground and your heart is on it, then it is south. You should know this picture first, and I'll talk about it later. Why is this the representative of the heart? So from the first level, why not think about it? In fact, the East is in the culture of China. It belongs to wood, gold in the west, fire in the south and water in the north. So in ancient times, when bamboo baskets were used to draw water, generally speaking, in a sense, wood and gold were affordable. This is the first level, so we in China don't shop in the north and south. In fact, in another sense, buying north and south, buying fire and water, if fire and water enter the human transaction level, will cause some harm to mankind. For example, buying arms, buying and selling arms, and buying and selling oil. As we all know, all our current turmoil is actually related to these two things, which will cause some harm to mankind, so we in China stress culture. Just kidding, we in China are actually cultured. For example, why do we scold you? This man is not a thing. We often say that you are really nothing. Why do you say that? In fact, if you are not a thing, what are you? North and South, which means you are as ruthless as water and fire. That's the level. Well, on the other hand, this is the surface layer. From another point of view, the East also means germination, that is, birth and growth, while Middle-earth means transformation, collection and hiding. That is to say, the East is a budding image, the South is growing, the West is gathering, and the North is collecting. Let's take a look first. Why does the East have a budding image? In fact, if you look at this oriental script, it is a piece of wood, and then one day, the sun rises from the trees in Ran Ran, which describes its rising state. So Jin He's ancient prose writing is like this. what do you think? It actually stands on its nest like a big bird. Then, when man first observed the west, he caught an elephant for the first time. What elephant did he catch? What kind of elephant did he catch? That is to say, when it is getting dark, all the birds know that they are homing, and even everything in the world knows that they are gathering, that they are going home, and that it is time to go back. So this is a sign of convergence, so actually buying and selling, buying and selling things in China, is actually talking about the cultural level, which is very cultural. So, what are you trading? In a deeper sense, first of all, we buy and sell things that can grow or converge. When buying and selling, either you buy a sunrise enterprise, you are a sunrise enterprise, or you are a profitable enterprise. From this perspective. What does the south mean? In fact, the south means scattered, because the south is a symbol of scattered, and the south is scattered, which is somewhat similar to what entrepreneurs do now. This is what you should spread and spend, and you should not ask for anything in return. Just like our heart, let's take another example here. This side of the wood is the liver, this side is the heart, this is the lung, and this is the kidney. So from this point of view, it is the heart, which is sparse. This is to understand our five internal organs from the perspective of images. Then this is the kidney, the main collection, so it belongs to China culture. So what is the central spleen soil? It is transformation, growth, transformation and collection. Then this transformation, this is spleen soil, why can soil transform everything? Why can the earth transform everything? What is transformation? Transformation is actually the process from flowering to fruiting. The process from flowering to fruiting. So in the past, we thought about this thing, east, west, north and south. Don't think this has anything to do with Chinese medicine. All the courses we will talk about in the future will be closely related to this picture, because it is actually telling you that heaven and earth have this order, and heaven has this order from germination, growth, gathering and collection. It won't change. Then the human body also has this order, and the human body must follow this order to survive. Then another point, in fact, the perception of nature in heaven and earth, including our perception, for example. For example, if you want to know about Beijing, you can actually learn about this map and some principles of Chinese medicine. For example. What is the door to the east of Beijing? There are Chongwen Gate in the east, Xuanwu Gate in the west, Anding Gate in the north, and Gate Two and Desheng Gate in the north. Let's think about it and explain this problem clearly, then many problems in our lives can be explained clearly. In fact, it is closely related to our health. For example, the Chongwen Gate in the east is this gate in ancient times. Basically, because the east mainly produces wool, which means culture, this door in the east, the Chongwenmen in the past, is the way for civil servants to take. Therefore, the Xuanwu Gate is in the west, because the gas of the west, the gas of convergence is cold, that is, cold, so it kills people like hemp, so we often joke that China talks about culture not only by swearing, but also by killing people. It's about Qiu Hou. You must master this criticism after autumn. Absolutely impossible, because a little bit can't kill your heart when it is budding. If you kill your heart at this time and pick a flower casually, there will be less fruit in autumn. Then understand why Andingmen and Deshengmen should be placed in the north, first understand this thing, North and South, so don't underestimate this thing, North and South, in fact, use now. What is Feng Shui actually about? It means that if you live in this place for a long time, some of its effects on you are as invisible as wind and water, but it will affect your life. For example, if you live in a house in the east and a house in the west for a long time, it will gradually affect your outlook on life and world. For example, if you live in a house in the east for a long time, if you see the sunrise every day, you can stay prosperous every day, which means you can rise with the sun every day. You go to bed early when the sun goes down. You will gradually keep a positive attitude towards life, but if you live in a house in the west, you will see the sunset every day, so that you will have a sense of desolation and gradually affect your life. For example, if you live in a house in the east, sleeping an hour late and getting up an hour late, your whole life will change. This is the meaning of Feng Shui.
