Celery fried meat
Ingredients: celery 1 root, pork 200g, onion, ginger and garlic, soy sauce 1 spoon, corn starch 1 spoon, oyster sauce, salt and a little sugar.
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare the main ingredients. I chose plum head meat for pork. This part of the meat is tender and tastes better.
2. Wash the pork, cut into pieces, add a little corn starch, grab it evenly with edible oil, and marinate it for 10 minute. The meat treated in this way does not stick to the pan and tastes smooth and tender.
3. Select celery, wash and cut into sections. When selecting celery, break the celery section from the middle, tear off the tendon of celery, and then cut it. The celery treated in this way is tender and smooth, without stuffing. Cut onions, ginger and garlic.
4. Put cold oil in the hot pot, pour in the sliced meat and stir fry until it changes color. Set aside.
5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and add onion, ginger and garlic to stir fry. Add celery and stir well. Add the sliced meat and stir fry.
6. Add soy sauce, salt and a little sugar and mix well. Sugar is added for freshness.
7. Mix oyster sauce and starch with a small amount of water. Pour into the pot, stir well, turn off the heat and plate.
Stir-fry this dish quickly, so as to keep the celery crisp and tender. If you stir-fry it too much, it won't taste good. The whole dish should be fried in the pot for no more than 5 minutes. This is a very fast home cooking. So celery doesn't need to be blanched in advance. My family will fry a plate every three to five days. There are vegetables and meat, and the nutrition is more comprehensive. Very suitable for the public to eat.
