Slow Breathing and Longevity-Breathing and Breathing in Ancient China.
There are many methods of regulating breath in Huangdi Neijing. For example, in "Ancient Naivety", it is said that "nothing is indifferent, and the true qi follows". "Breathe the essence and be independent." . Pay great attention to breathing luck.
All previous dynasties in China paid attention to pranayama-breathing and breathing methods. The original intention of Qigong is a health-keeping method based on regulating qi, and of course regulating qi can not be separated from regulating shape and mind.
Breathe, breathe, and learn to help nourish the lungs.
First, take a deep breath.
People are breathing all the time, but it is often the easiest to ignore breathing. As we all know, the lung is the main place for gas exchange inside and outside the human body, and its surface area is as big as two football balls. However, many people can't breathe deeply to the lower end of the lung lobe because of shortness of breath, resulting in small ventilation. Insufficient ventilation at normal respiratory rate will cause carbon dioxide accumulation in the body, leading to hypoxia in the brain and symptoms of dizziness and fatigue.
Therefore, choosing a place with fresh air and taking deep breaths 2-3 times a day can make people's chest and abdominal muscles and organs exercise to a greater extent, breathe in more oxygen, spit out carbon dioxide, increase the oxygen content in the blood, and promote aerobic metabolism, thus achieving the purpose of nourishing the lungs, which is beneficial to relieving fatigue and relaxing the mood.
The so-called deep breathing is the combination of chest and abdomen breathing. When inhaling deeply, tuck in the abdomen first, then tuck in the chest. After reaching the limit, hold your breath for a few seconds and exhale gradually. When exhaling, contract the chest first, then the abdomen, and try to expel the gas from the lungs. Inhale and exhale repeatedly for 6.4 seconds.
Second, abdominal breathing.
Most people, especially women, use chest breathing, but the ribs move up and down and the chest expands slightly. Many alveoli at the bottom of the lung have not fully expanded and contracted, so they can't get good exercise. In this way, oxygen cannot be completely delivered to all parts of the body. After a long time, there will be different degrees of hypoxia in various organs of the body, and many chronic diseases will occur.
However, abdominal breathing is mainly diaphragmatic movement, and the upper and lower thoracic diameter increases when inhaling. Normal abdominal breathing takes about 10- 15 seconds at a time, and can inhale about 500 ml of air, which can effectively increase the oxygen supply of the body, purify the blood and make the lung tissue stronger.
Can make us better resist respiratory diseases such as colds, bronchitis and asthma; At the same time, because the diaphragm and intercostal muscles are also exercised during breathing, the vitality and endurance of the human body will increase accordingly, and the energy will be more abundant.
Inhale: Take a supine position or a comfortable sitting position. You can put one hand on your navel, relax your whole body, breathe naturally first, then inhale, and expand your abdomen to the maximum extent, so that your abdomen bulges and your chest remains motionless.
When exhaling: the abdomen is naturally concave, inward toward the spine, and the chest remains motionless. Try to contract the abdomen inward and exhale all the exhaust gas from the lungs. When doing so, the diaphragm will naturally rise. Cycle back and forth, keep the rhythm of each breath consistent, and carefully experience the ups and downs of the abdomen.
Third, the two instruments are princes, and the two veins connect heaven and earth.
Feet shoulder-width apart, stand naturally, relax, and let your heart return to zero.
Bend your hands, palms up, slowly inhale your nose, and then slowly raise your hands to the highest point. Open your hands and lean back (that is, the opening point of Zhongshan) until you finish sucking in one breath. Inhale as slowly as possible.
Then exhale slowly, with your mouth slightly closed. The slower the better. While exhaling and retreating, your hands slowly return along the original posture until you spit in one breath, your legs are straight, your hands just touch your ankles, and your head is next to your calves, so that the 24 segments of the spine can be naturally opened.
Yin and Yang are intangible cultural heritage and won the title of "One of China's Best". It is an ancient and new special skill, a way of self-cultivation, a kind of wisdom to understand heaven and earth, and a philosophy to show and enhance life perception. Originated from celestial bodies, yin and yang, and five elements, it is a martial arts health-preserving kung fu that follows the natural laws of the universe and human body. It is a martial art that integrates mechanics, meridians of traditional Chinese medicine, health preservation, Yijing Bagua, philosophy, aesthetics, yin and yang, balance and other disciplines. It combines the nature of Taoism, the Zen of Buddhism and the golden mean of Confucianism, and embodies the essence of "the homology of martial arts and medicine" in China.
