Has Hong Kong Zero International Cooling Tower closed down?
Zero International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is one of the large group companies established in 1960s. At first, it was jointly operated by a foreign joint venture and a holding company. In the early days, its main business was acting as an agent for foreign audio-visual and air-conditioning terminal products. After years of development, it has gradually set foot in real estate investment, elevator manufacturing and other industrial industries.

In the late 1980s, Zero International invested in the first independent brand cooling tower factory in Shenzhen, and moved to Dongguan, which is known as the world manufacturing factory, in 1992. The production base of cooling tower is built in Huangjiang Town. In 2005, one of the largest cooling tower brands in China was closed due to the decision-making and management mistakes of shareholders of Dongguan Zero Factory.

This incident has had a very bad influence on Hong Kong Zero. Zero International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. decided to take back the trademark right to use the cooling tower. In 2005, many supply contracts signed by domestic offices and agents have not been completed, so Zero International signed purchase and sale contracts with several excellent domestic cooling tower manufacturers, including Dongguan Ke Ling Cooling Equipment Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Yangfei Group.
