2. 10 red dates, appropriate amount of yam, longan and medlar.
3. A chicken, cut off its head and feet.
4. A pork belly, washed repeatedly with raw powder, salt and vinegar.
5. Knot onions and slice ginger.
6. Put white pepper, onion and ginger into the chicken belly, and then put the chicken into the pig belly. Sew the opening with needle and thread, or put it on with a toothpick.
7. Put in a casserole and add yam, red dates, longan and cooking wine. Fill the jar with water.
8. Bring the fire to a boil 10 minute, and turn to low heat for 2-3 hours.
9. Take out the pork belly, drop the thread or toothpick, and pick up the ginger and pepper. Strain the soup out of the pot.
10. Slice the pork belly and put the chicken back into the soup. Add Lycium barbarum and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt.
