He is currently the director and associate professor of the Teaching and Research Section of Tea Culture in the School of Humanities, Shu Ren University, Zhejiang Province, a visiting researcher at China Institute of Tea Culture, Anhui Agricultural University, and a member of the Academic Committee of China International Tea Culture Research Association. He focuses on cultural history and has been engaged in the research and teaching of food culture for a long time.
