Take a big step to the left with your right foot, toe inward, and follow half a step with your left foot. At the same time, both hands rush out to the left front, the thumb is open, the other four fingers are flexed, the palms are inward, and the height is waist-level. (3) (bird platform) shape right type:

(4) (bird table)-shaped back type:

Bird table-shaped left posture: move your right foot backwards and forwards to the left, and punch with both hands (Figure 134). Therefore, there is no limit to the number of times to drill back and forth alternately.

(5) Retraction of (bird table): Hit back and forth to the starting position. After hitting the right position, hit the left position with the back of your hand (see figure 130).
