The efficacy of vinegar has always been praised by scholars. Humans began to use vinegar about 10 thousand years ago. But judging from the production principle of vinegar, it is very likely that humans began to use it earlier.

Although most people limit the function of vinegar to the use of seasonings, in fact, in a long history, vinegar has more often played a role in preventing and treating diseases. Especially in recent years, there have been many unbreakable bottlenecks in medicine. Humans don't want to rely solely on the power of medicine, but hope to alleviate diseases through natural therapy. Therefore, more and more people pay attention to the importance of vinegar and reposition vinegar as a healthy food, not just a condiment.

Then, I believe everyone wants to know, what kind of effect can vinegar bring to the human body?

We eat and drink every day, and eat food through our mouths. This series of digestion and absorption processes will produce nutrients and energy necessary to maintain our lives. However, in this process of digestion and absorption, it is also possible to ingest substances rejected by the human body, which leads to many symptoms and many diseases of the body.

Naturally fermented vinegar will promote and secrete digestive juice in the process of human digestion and absorption. Because natural vinegar itself contains catabolic enzymes, vitamins and minerals, it can relieve many symptoms of the body. The human body absorbs vinegar through staple food or beverage. The raw material of vinegar contains alkaline substances, which are decomposed and synthesized by microorganisms and then transformed into low molecular structure.

These low molecular weight structures, which are smaller than somatic cells, will make reactive oxygen species smaller through their metabolic activities. Together with various enzymes produced in the fermentation process, they can excrete fatigue substances and toxic substances accumulated in various parts of the human body, and even help absorb substances that are difficult to transport in cells such as calcium and iron.

The research on vinegar won the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine for as many as three times, which is enough to verify the power of vinegar on human body. Our bodies are born and grow according to the laws of nature. Although we can't stop them from aging, we can make our bodies live healthier through natural vinegar. Vinegar, born under the principle of nature, plays a beneficial role in human body, with complete functions, and can bring excellent health care effect to human body without adding additional precious ingredients.

Platycodon grandiflorum vinegar

In July in midsummer, platycodon grandiflorum can be seen everywhere in the countryside. In the past, this kind of flower was very common in the mountains. Now, because of the prosperity of planting, it is easier to find it in cultivated fields, but it is not easy to find it on mountain roads. Occasionally I see colorful balloon flowers on the mountain, which is very eye-catching from a distance. Blue-purple and white like snow are very dazzling. As long as I find one, I will find that several flowers around me are in bloom, but they are in harmony with each other.

On the inaccessible mountain road, the hot air brought by summer approaches, and the swollen buds of Platycodon grandiflorum swell as if to open petals, which makes people stop. Approaching with the desire to pick a few flowers, you are greeted by the rich fragrance of Platycodon grandiflorum and wearing a white and blue coat. What will happen to such a beautiful color? Looking closely, it turns out that although its petals look monotonous, there is another world inside. Before the longest stamen pollen spreads to the outside world, the pistil will hide in the depths of the flower and will not be pollinated by its own brother. It will follow the principle of nature until the stamens wither and the pistil will grow and be ready to accept pollen from other flowers.

Although the balloon flower looks the same in appearance, if you look closely, you can see that the stamens in the petals are open or withered, and the top of the pistil is divided into three pieces. Such amazing things happen all the time. It is a great gift for us to get the secrets of nature and wait for bloom to come again.

Make flower vinegar

Materials: dried platycodon grandiflorum 100 g, coix seed 1 cup, yeast powder 30g, mineral water1l.

1. Balloon flower vinegar is brewed by mixing branches, leaves and flowers. Put sake in the steamer. After the steam comes out, put the whole platycodon grandiflorum, steam it for about 10 second, and put it on a sieve tray to dry in the shade.

2. Put the soaked Coix seed into a grinder for grinding, cook it into paste porridge and cool it.

3. Add yeast powder accounting for 5% of the weight of coix seed porridge, and fully mix with the treated platycodon grandiflorum.

4. Put it into a glass bottle or a small jar, and ferment vigorously after 20 hours to produce alcohol and acetic acid, thus producing platycodon grandiflorum vinegar.

5. Seal the container with Korean paper or cloth at 25℃? After ripening at 27℃, the higher the degree of completion of flower vinegar, the clear supernatant will be produced, which is obviously separated from the sediment. At this time, the precipitate is filtered, and only the clarified supernatant is sealed and stored.

Efficacy of flower vinegar

Platycodon grandiflorum vinegar is helpful for clearing lung-heat, resolving phlegm, moistening skin and decomposing fatigue substances produced by overwork.

Green tea vinegar

If green tea is to be used for other purposes than tea, suggestion 6? July is a more suitable period for picking. After picking tender leaves, it enters early summer and grows for 4? 5 cm green tea leaves are particularly astringent and bitter. When the leaves mature, the fragrance will become stronger and the color will be greener. The excellent use of green tea has been widely known, and its excellent components can be decomposed into low molecules through fermentation, which induces changes in substances and is more easily absorbed by the human body. This is also one of the flexible ways to use green tea.

Make flower vinegar

Materials: green tea 100 g, koji powder 200 g, brown rice 2k g, sake 20ml, mineral water 10l.
