What are the methods of keeping in good health in four seasons?
Huangdi Neijing says "spring health, summer growth, autumn harvest and winter storage", pointing out that health is closely related to natural changes. Only by adapting to the changes of natural phenology can we really achieve reasonable health and longevity.

1, healthy in spring

(1) The principle of nourishing yang and preventing wind should be followed in spring health preservation. In spring, the human body's yang conforms to nature and radiates upward and outward. Attention should be paid to protecting the yang in the body, and any situation that damages the yang should be avoided.

(2) Nourishing the heart in spring: roast the sheep heart with roses.

Ingredients: 50g fresh rose (or 15g dry product), 50g sheep heart and 5g salt.

Practice: put fresh roses in a small pot, add salt, fry for 10 minutes, and let cool for later use. Wash the sheep heart, cut it into small pieces with a length of 5 cm, a width of 3 cm and a thickness of about 1 cm, put it on the baking label, dip it in rose salt water while baking, and bake it repeatedly on an open flame until it is cooked.

2, summer health

(1) Keeping in good health in summer focuses on mental adjustment, maintaining a happy and stable mood, and avoiding great sadness and exultation to avoid adding fuel to the fire. Calm people and cool themselves, which can achieve the purpose of health preservation.

(2) Summer health porridge: black rice glutinous rice lotus seed porridge.

50g of black rice, glutinous rice 100g, coix seed 10g, 20g of lotus seeds, a little rock sugar and a proper amount of rice wine. Wash Coicis Semen, soak in clear water for one night, then add black rice, glutinous rice and lotus seeds, and cook with slow fire. When it becomes sticky and soft, pour in rock sugar and rice wine and stir well. Black rice has the reputation of "black pearl" and "king of rice in the world". Coix seed can be used as medicine and food, and lotus seed has the effects of nourishing the heart, calming the nerves and nourishing the vitality. Drinking this porridge can nourish yin and heart, warm spleen and kidney, and nourish without getting angry. This is a rare kind of porridge.

3, autumn health

(1) Nourishing yin and preventing dryness is the most important way to keep fit in autumn. In autumn, the yang is gradually closed and the yin is gradually born, so maintaining the yin in the body becomes the primary task, and the key to nourishing yin lies in preventing dryness. This principle should be carried out in all aspects of life.

(2) Nourishing the heart and calming the nerves in autumn: Pay attention to the maintenance of the lungs, spleen and kidneys in the health care of the solar terms in the autumn equinox. Proper selection of some Chinese herbal medicines is also very effective. Codonopsis pilosula, Euryale ferox, Atractylodes macrocephala, Atractylodes lancea and Poria can strengthen the spleen, eliminate dampness and stop diarrhea. Euryale ferox can prevent diseases and prolong life. Lotus seeds have the functions of invigorating spleen and stopping diarrhea, tonifying kidney and solidifying essence, stopping leucorrhea, nourishing heart and calming nerves. Lotus seeds, ginseng, astragalus, jujube and poria cocos can strengthen the spleen and replenish qi. Lotus seeds, Euryale ferox seeds, Ziziphus jujuba seeds and Schisandra chinensis are beneficial to kidney qi, calming the heart and calming the nerves to treat insomnia. Lily is cold and people with poor gastrointestinal function should eat less.

4, winter health

(1) Chinese medicine believes that winter is the season for storing semen, and the period from beginning of winter to beginning of spring is most suitable for winter tonic. Health preservation in winter mainly refers to maintaining the essence, strengthening the body and prolonging life through diet, sleep, exercise, drugs and other means.

(2) Keeping warm and cold in winter: The temperature in winter is low, and the exposed parts of the skin are prone to frostbite, such as hands, head and neck. Others, such as feet, are also prone to freezing, so we should pay attention to the cold and warmth of these parts, such as wearing scarves, gloves, earmuffs and cotton shoes to keep warm, rubbing hands and ears at any time, padding feet and exercising in time. Avoid wearing wet clothes, shoes and socks. Meanwhile, dry your hands and face before going out.

(3) Winter health advice: Do not wash your face with hot water often, or rinse it with cold water after washing (wash your face no more than twice a day) to reduce water evaporation.

(4) Do not use alkaline cleaning products, which will destroy the film-forming properties of moisturizing ingredients. Massage facial skin frequently to promote blood circulation and increase sebum secretion. Make facial mask 1~2 times a week, using soft film, hard film or wax film made of natural plant ingredients.

(5) Do not use tear film or dura mater. Skin care products are mainly moisturizing, and it is best to give the skin enough moisture before applying lotion. Drink more boiled water and eat more fruits, vegetables, milk, skin, tremella, mushrooms, pumpkins and other foods. Eat some fatty foods such as chicken, fish, pork liver and butter to supplement water and nutrition in the body and promote oil secretion.
