Prepare ingredients. Okra, shrimp, seasonal vegetables
A bowl of juice: 2 millet peppers, 2 soy sauces and 3 spoonfuls of vinegar, 1 spoon of fuel consumption, 0 calories and half a spoonful of sugar.
Exercise:
Boil hot water, add a little salt, and cook vegetables, okra and shrimps in turn.
