Drinking tea, drinking tea addiction, is a heartfelt preference of China people and an elegant taste of China people for thousands of years. As the old saying goes, "Seven treasures of literati, piano, chess, calligraphy, painting, poetry, wine and tea." Tea ceremony is connected with six arts, which has become an important carrier of traditional culture and art in China. Tea is also regarded as the enjoyment of life, the medicine for curing diseases, the refreshing product, the bond of friendship and the symbol of civilization. Drinking tea is beneficial, be polite and decent.

The so-called tea ceremony is a kind of life art that cultivates Taoism by drinking tea and tries to prove Taoism finally. It is the unity of drinking tea and practicing morality. Without tea, Taoism is impossible, and so is "if the skin does not exist, the hair will be attached"; But there is no way. It's not fun to swallow a bull's drink with a frog in Chaze. Therefore, the two complement each other and are indispensable.

Tea ceremony has four aspects: tea ceremony, tea ceremony, tea environment and cultivation. The so-called tea ceremony refers to a set of skills of preparing utensils, choosing water, taking fire, waiting for soup and learning tea. The so-called tea ceremony refers to the etiquette and rules in tea activities; The so-called tea scene refers to the place and environment of tea activities; The so-called cultivation is to cultivate the mind, cultivate self-cultivation and achieve the ultimate artistic conception of spiritual sublimation through tea tasting activities.

What do you do in the tea ceremony? Whether it is Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism or Zen Buddhism, it will be biased according to the different tastes of drinkers. Generally speaking, it should be a comprehensive integration of various ways, which can be summarized into four levels: health preservation, pleasure, cultivation and demonstration. Demonstration is the ideal goal of monasticism, the ultimate pursuit of tea ceremony and the highest realm of life, which can be interpreted as "nuanced and accessible to the public" of Confucianism.

Looking back at the history of drinking tea in China, the methods of drinking tea have evolved. At first, brew tea's method was adopted, and then three methods, namely, frying, polishing and soaking, were gradually explored. Tea art is formed according to three methods: frying, lighting and soaking. There are three forms of China tea ceremony: frying tea ceremony, lighting tea ceremony and making tea.

Tea is the foundation of tea ceremony, and the formation of tea ceremony must be based on the popularization of tea drinking. Although the custom of drinking tea existed before the Tang Dynasty, its popularity was still low. In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, tea drinking by literati became more and more common, and tea had a rudiment, but it was far from perfect. From the Jin Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty, the tea ceremony in China was in its infancy.

After the mid-Tang Dynasty, it almost became a custom for China people to drink tea. People in junior high school drank tea from home, which soon spread to the surrounding areas and even to the Great Wall. The Book of Tea written by Su Dai Lu Yu laid the foundation for the tea ceremony in China, and was popularized, enriched and perfected by Jiao Ran and Chang et al., thus forming the "Fried Tea Ceremony". During the Northern Song Dynasty, Cai Xiang wrote Tea Classics and Huizong Zhao Ji wrote Daguan Tea Theory, forming a "tea ceremony"; In the mid-Ming Dynasty, Bird wrote Tea Record and Xu Cishu wrote Tea Shu, which formed a "road of making tea". Therefore, it can be said that the tea ceremony in China was formed in the Tang Dynasty and flourished in the Ming Dynasty after the Song Dynasty.

With the passage of time, although China has successively produced tea-frying ceremony, tea-ordering ceremony and tea-making tunnel, it is sad that countless fine traditions, customs, skills and habits have been abandoned due to the floating of people's hearts, mud and sand, and the burning of jade and stone in modern times. Tea-frying ceremony and tea-ordering ceremony have long been extinct in China, and only tea-making tunnels have a chance.
